Jess was knowledgeable and helpful, very professional. Plus an absolute treat to talk to and respected our timelines. A privilege to work with them.
Excellence and well worth the cost! Jess has the gadgets to get the job done (radon testing, sewer scope, and drone). Excellent de-brief at the end of the inspection. Color coded report for easy identification of urgent, important but non-urgent , and more routine items. Get an inspection well worth it for peace of mind at the very minimum.
David was great, fantastic job with the inspection and searched every nook and cranny of our new construction home.

They were so thorough both in their inspection and in communicating every issue that was found in the house, explaining its significance, recommending a solution, and answering follow up questions.
Very thorough, very nice guy. Thanks again!
Matt has inspected two homes that I've purchased. He walked me through the report and put his findings into context afterward which was helpful but also missed a very big safety issue: the gas fireplace was leaking gas and unsafe for use.
Very detailed inspection and reporting makes it easy to understand what needs to be repaired and the relative priorities of issues identified during the inspection.
Timberline did an inspection of a property I had put an offer on. They were prompt, professional, and thorough; finding multiple items which I needed to look into further, and providing me documented evidence of each item. Matt was a pleasure to work with, and I will absolutely use Timberline again for my future needs.

The report also had several suggestions for annual maintenance to keep our home in good condition.
Very thorough and detailed, Gerald did a great job explaining what he saw as well as give recommendations. We are first time home buyers and he made a very anxious and nervous experience manageable. I would definitely recommend Timberline Inspections. They are very professional, friendly and did a very thorough inspection. We will definitely be using them again.
More services were provided than what's listed, but we hired Timberline to do a total home inspection prior to purchase. Gerald did a great job explaining and documenting everything found during the inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
We and our realtor were very happy and impressed with their work. They were thorough and quick. The detailed report that was ready immediately was very easy to understand. They even did an inspection for monsters and gave a cute certificate to our young son to show that no monsters live in our new house. A very nice family touch.
