More services were provided than what's listed, but we hired Timberline to do a total home inspection prior to purchase. Gerald did a great job explaining and documenting everything found during the inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

We and our realtor were very happy and impressed with their work. They were thorough and quick. The detailed report that was ready immediately was very easy to understand. They even did an inspection for monsters and gave a cute certificate to our young son to show that no monsters live in our new house. A very nice family touch.
