October 2026 - New Review:
Our HOA recently used Tip Top Roofing services again, this time to install several new dedicated dryer vents on the roofs of our 3 buildings and complete the necessary ducting connections. It was a unique task that involved some physically challenging work in cramped quarters with low pitch attics. Dave, the service tech from Tip Top, was great to work with, and provide help and support to during the 1 1/2 days the work took him to complete. He is a real professional and credit to the company. EJ and Michelle run a first class operation based on integrity and guaranteed customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any of your roofing or remodeling needs. They are the best!
October 2022 Review:
Co-Owners Michelle and EJ were absolutely great to work with on the recent re-roofing project for our condominium community. They were both very professional and patient in their approach to working with me throughout the process. The crews arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a very timely manner. The roofs look great. I would highly recommend Tip Top Roofing for any of your roofing needs!

So satisfied that we chose Tip Top Roofing & Siding to replace the roof on our home. EJ presented himself with the attitude that I'm here to help you, rather than as a salesperson. For us,
it gave us a feeling of trust. And, it was warranted.
EJ and Michelle are friendly, patient, helpful, and honest. The job was done with professionalism at a very competitive price.
Thank you Tip Top.

Tip Top Roofing and Siding is excellent. This is all new for me. I've owned my home for close to five years. So water leaking in through the roof was very concerning. I got ahold of Tip Top Roofing and Siding and they had Dave come take a look and he easily identified the source and the problem and got everything fixed up. There was no pressure to get anything more done and something that I was very worried about turned out to be a simple and affordable fix. And Dave made the experience of having a technician in my home a super pleasant experience. He was extremely respectful of my home and that means a lot to me. It's rained 2 or 3 times since and no leaks. This couldn't have worked out easier. Thanks Dave and thank you Tip Top Roofing and Siding.

I helped a friend look for a reputable roofer to replace her roof in St. Thomas so that she could complete the sale of her house. While we needed to get it done quickly (and well), price was very important.
I came across Tip Top and they definitely checked the “reputable” box. I was really happy when they ended up checking far more boxes than just reputable!
