Tip Top Roofing and Siding

Good efficient crew, work, and explanation of the entire process. Even when communication went slightly askew they were prompt and cordial in figuring things out.

I helped a friend look for a reputable roofer to replace her roof in St. Thomas so that she could complete the sale of her house. While we needed to get it done quickly (and well), price was very important. I came across Tip Top and they definitely checked the “reputable” box. I was really happy when they ended up… Read full review

Had a good experience with Tip Top replacing my father's roof in Chambersburg. Good communication. Fair price. Efficient completion of the job on time. 👍👍👍

Very professional. Responded immediately to questions. Cleaned up debris. Would use again.

We recently had our entire roof replaced. We are very happy with the result. The crew is very efficient and Michelle was very accommodating with our schedule. The price was the best in town!

Fast, communicative, respectful

I would highly recommend Tip Top Roofing and Siding!! EJ and Michelle were great to work with. If I had any questions or concerns, I had no trouble getting answers from them. Dave and his crew did a great job on the roof and excellent job of cleaning up after they were done.

Tip Top Roofing did an amazing job putting a new roof, siding, and gutters on our house. They redid one of our sheds and even installed doors for us. Both our house and shed look brand new. Michelle and EJ are friendly and have great staff working for them. I would highly recommend Tip Top Roofing if looking to… Read full review

Great company. Would recommend them for your roof and siding needs.

Tip Top is amazing. The whole process for a new roof, gutters, and spouting went perfectly. From coming out for an estimate down to the install, there wasn't a single issue. They went above and beyond communicating with us throughout the entire project. You can't ask for better people for such a major job. They are… Read full review

Beautiful results . Fantastic people to work with especially Michelle and EJ !

The roof turned out better than expected, I’m glad I went with his choice of color…. Fast, reliable and friendly….. He even went as far as hooking my vent pipe tight as it was loose during prior installation… Definitely a returning customer.

Tip Top crew was amazing. They came at 7:20 am that morning and was totally done our roof by 4:00 pm that day. The owner EJ and his wife, Michelle are wonder people. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Tip Top for your roofing needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide solutions to my roofing issues. They were communicative throughout the entire process and were able to pivot effectively when anything came up during scheduling and construction. Tip Top did an incredible job at replacing our roof. The process was smooth from the time we set up the initial appointment until the last visit here. They came in the cold of winter and worked past dark to make sure it was completed. The communication with them was better than I have ever experienced. I, also,… Read full review

Tip top was very responsive with questions or concerns which was a nice change from what we have experienced from other companies/contractors. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. There was a mix up on the color of our chimney flashing (more our fault) which was quickly fixed and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Very professional ,they did every thing we requested , did a great job .

Great experience. I have used TipTop Roofing in the past and all experiences have been very positive . Appreciate EJs onsite consultation prior to the work being done and good communication through process.
