Tire Discounters

Parrish and Andrew took great care of me right away when I walked. One of the reasons I’ve been a long time customer and continue to do so, thank you!

Great service with a super friendly staff and speedy service. Couldn’t be happier with my new Michelins.

My mother had to wait 3 hours just to get a new tire changed on a wheel that was already removed from the vehicle. That's ridiculous

It was the biggest blessing for my flat tire could not be patched so I had to purchase a new tire. I will never forget Blake's kindness that day.

I was having a problem with my tire stem not sensing the tire pressure for one of my tires. Spoke with Parrish who assisted and showed me what it would require. They tested all tires and I eventually needed 2 sensors and they programmed it to show the correct tires to the sensors. Very professional and took time to address my issues/concerns.

Online order messed up had some trouble with scheduling but the manager was really great and worked with us and gave us a discount for

Not sure why I make an appointment online to get tires rotated a day or two in advance then get there and tell me it’s going to be over a hour till they can get to it. What is the appointment for? This is the first time I’ve made an appointment. So now just like many times in the past I will have to go and pay… Read full review

My tire was loosing air pretty frequently so I went here to get my tire repaired. They were very friendly and kind. I felt very comfortable and there was an area for my to study while I waited. I was there for 30 minutes which I felt was very quick. When I went to get my keys he said he was on them. That really made… Read full review

Went in to replace my tires (all 4). I was told it would take an hour and 15 min. It took over 2 hours. As I was driving home, I noticed knocking when I took a right turn. Had to take the car back to the shop. Not happy.

TD replaced a boat trailer tire for us, got us in & out quickly. We do all our tire business with Tire Dicounters.

Came in with a slow leak in a tire, they plugged it, and they got me in and out quickly. Parrish did a wonderful job answering all of me questions about about tire wear amd when to rotate. I highly recommend Tire Discounters for your car needs.

My first time using fire discounters for a large nail in my tire. I made an appointment and ended up being able to come in early. They were willing and accepting of the fact I was early and was even able to start working sooner. Service was exponential and QUICK! 10/10 will be back.

I used to go to another nearby site shop. I was brought in by their Summer Deal on a set of four tires. Came with large manufacturers rebates, a credit card rebate, and a free alignment and oil change. Prices were fair and service was super-friendly and amazing. Mike was the manager (he has since moved). Daniel is… Read full review

Great customer service! Came in because I picked up a nail and they fixed my tire quickly and correctly! Thank you!

Went here to just get my tires done and they want above and beyond to help me get my car started and I didn’t even ask for the help. If you come here expect good prices and amazing customer service.

I wanted to say Thank you to the crew down at the Tire Discounters on 153 Hixson. They were friendly and efficient for my tire needs. Parrish was AMAZIN'!! A huge SHOUT OUT to you!! 🤘🏼

Steve and Mike are outstanding. Took care of our car quickly and Professionally

I’ve now take two vehicles to Tire Discounters on 153 this week for new tires, rotation, and balance. On top of excellent pricing, the staff were incredibly informative, professional, and extremely timely on all work. I will certainly be back for continued business and highly recommend them others.

I experienced my first flat tire ever this past Saturday on I-24, just as we were leaving Chattanooga to drive back to Nashville. Sure enough, I found out that this was one of the nearest Tire Discounters locations that would be covered by my Carvana Care warranty — so we doubled back to Chattanooga/Hixson and… Read full review

Best tire discounters location in the Chattanooga area.

Awesome service. Super nice and friendly.

Parish did a great job fixing a punctured tire. Very professional and quick. Thanks so much!!

I went there today after being told at multiple other places it would take hours. The customer service was incredible and the service was quick I was in and out in less than an hour! Definitely skip everywhere else and come here you won’t be disappointed

I had a great experience with Tire Discounters. They helped my dad replace the tires on his lawnmower and were extremely patient and helpful, especially since he doesn’t speak English fluently. They made sure he understood everything and treated him with respect throughout the process. The service was also very… Read full review

I could not ask for better service than what was provided at Tire Discounters in Hixson TN, Daniel has went above and beyond for us!! 🩷🩷 I will highly recommend this store to friends and family!

I am always satisfied with the customer focus and professionalism. They are easy to talk with about issues and they provide fact-based recommendations.

Used this place in the past but this is the last time. After showing up for my 4pm appointment , waiting in line 15 minutes a customer gets pulled in front of me and he is taken care of promptly. I had a 4pm appointment and the other customer had a 430pm. I also asked them not to move my power seat because it… Read full review

I was truly impressed by how the team managed a busy Saturday. Daniel at the front of house was exceptionally kind, ensuring that every customer left with their keys in hand. He even walked each person out to an open door, which added a personal touch to the experience. It’s clear that they prioritize customer service!
