The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. Johnny helped me out in a pinch and was wonderful to work with. Thank you for all your help!
This is the second time I've received poor service; they need training.
Exceptional service here. Stopped in for a flat repair and they had me in and out incredibly quickly. Staff here seems far better to work with than the other 3-letter tire shop down the road. I'll be bringing my vehicles here from now on!
Great experience - Didn’t make me feel stupid for being a woman in my 20s, didn’t try to upsell me, was very respectful and fair.
It was a Sunday. I had a flat tire on my camper going camping. called Tire warehouse made an appointment showed up replaced all four tires the two guys working on it We’re extremely the best anyone could ask for they were fast and got me going on vacation ASAP. I would like to thank them again and tire warehouse.…
The Tire Warehouse team at the Gold Street location in Manchester provides speedy, no-pressure service with your interests at heart. My experience was that I immediately needed a new set of tires and was offered four 65,000-mile rated tires with road hazard warranties for less than $1,000.00. I've shopped for tires…
They really know what they’re doing. Fast and competent. They did not try to overcharge me or sell me on things I didn’t need. Good people.
This was the best experience I’ve had with a tire shop. The communication was exceptional. I made an appointment online for a Saturday. Before my appointment I received a call saying my specific tires were not in stock for same day installation. They scheduled me for noon two days later. I arrived thirty minutes…
I had a specific problem I that I wanted fixed. They fixed the problem quickly and were very honest about their services. This is a place I will return to when that time comes. Great job!
Hats off to Kyle who was able to assist me and fit me in when another branch failed.. This branch has my business for now on.. Customer service is everything!! Treat your customers like Gold!!
I dont appreciate the new phone system. I want to call the store direct. That being said, awesome service from the team at the store. I do all my tire work at this location and have no reason to change.
Not only did I get a fantastic deal on a set of four tires, but the service was absolutely amazing. The folks were friendly helpful and quick definitely quick. I would absolutely recommend tire Warehouse for your tire needs.
I cant say it better than most of the other 5 star reviews. They never waste time, they have great customer service at this location, and they offer good pricing and options. They have quickly saved the day with tire repairs and replacements in emergencies. They will be where I get my new tires every time I need…
It doesn’t matter if I make an appointment or just stop in. Kyle is there to greet me and give me a great deal on new tires. Service is always fast and efficient. Stop by tire warehouse next time you need new tires… You’ll be glad you did
Great service and fast. Good price for tires and Kyle was very nice.
Great Service, Super Fast, not your average tire place. Surprisingly more people friendly then what you would expect from a tire shop! I’ll definitely be going back for future tire repair!
The guys are great, fast and knowledgeable
Fast Friendly Service
Worst experience in years. Car was not ready in the agree time. Staff was rude and the work was subpar. Would not recommend them at all
I had great service! Johnny was very professional and polite. I definitely will be back . I highly recommend Tire Warehouse.
1. Very professional and courteous. 2. Very thankful for it to be affordable. 3. Wait time was quick and accurate . 4. Treated my vehicle and parts with care.
If I could give less than one star I would. The first time I came to this place they told me my tires were too big so I then went to their sister store and they did the same thing the gold street location wouldn't. The 2nd time I went they put my winter tires on for me and that was fine. Then I came back for a…
Both the guys at the shop are amazing.John and johnny I couldn't ask for any more help. They were a huge help. Ill be back
Put my new tires on with no issue and incredibly quick and efficient. I'm happy to find a place that has great service in all aspects.
I’ve use this location for all my vehicles for close to 10 years. Never any issues.
Fast service great pricing
Quick change of a tire, done very fast and installer did great was pleasant and courteous.
The service and help at tire warehouse was excellent and I recommend it highly
I was set here by a different location because these guys had the tires in stock. They did it for the online price I had from their own website but wasn't logged for my appointment. We went early and the car was actually done in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely replace my tires with them again.
Quick and efficient servive0
I had the best experience at tire warehouse in Manchester. I got a same day appointment, I had 4 new tires put on within 45 minutes. They were inexpensive, good quality, and the employees treated me so well.
I always have a great experience and fair pricing. I went to a competitor the prior day, I knew I was being jerked around so I made an appointment for a second opinion. I won’t use anyone else in the future.
Fantastic, quick and knowledgeable.
Good job!
Tires were affordable for 4x studded snows, service was great but they did forget to tighten all of the lugnuts on the front driver side (they were only hand tight). Had to go back for them to rebalance and tighten them. Luckily I didn't drive it far or I could have lost a wheel. Another note is they dont offer alignments, only mount and balance.
Had a bubble show up on a tire and Kyle and Team had all 4 tires replace for a good price in less than an hour from me making the call. Highly recommend going here.
Fast friendly service
I am very satisfied with my first visit at tire warehouse. I came here to get my tires pumped up, as one of them had gone flat. It took only five minutes for the gentleman to pump them up. Best part? It was free! Thank you so much to tire warehouse for making it easy and fast to get my tires pumped up in the middle of winter.
Excellent process no problems at all. They even advised me to come back next day to check the lug nuts which I did. Great customer service and service team. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you! Tracy Broderick
Great service
A++ service. Will always go back. Staff and installers were professional and fast with service
I cannot recommend too highly! The service rendered was honestly and efficiently handled. Didn’t try to sell this elderly couple tires they didn’t need but kindly fixed the slow leak and we were on our way! We were in our podiatrist’s waiting room, having just noticed the deflating tire upon arrival and over half…
Excellent and fast service!
The had a difficult job to do on my old atv rims. They were fantastic and I’d definitely recommend them to anybody.
Very nice & polite people & caring
Went in late morning Sunday for a very low tire pressure seemingly a slow leak. They noted the other three tires were getting to their end point and decided to have all four replaced. They did not try and sell me anything. They were knowledgeable-time efficient and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
A neighbor referred me to the Manchester location. Nice guys, very efficient, quick and professional. Now I'm referring to people. That's how it's supposed to work when a company is doing things right. Nicely done.
Very experienced and knowledgeable. In and out in less than an hour!
Went to buy new tires for my truck.
I understand that they were busy the day I went in, but I had to wait an hour for them to even get to my car when i had come in early for my appointment, which I thought was a little ridiculous. They also damaged my tire sensors, causing the tire pressure and TPMS lights to refuse to shut off. I usually try to be…
Associates were incredibly helpful and courteous
Simple, direct, no nonsense service done right. I had summer slicks on the rear so I needed to replace them with snow or all-season tires. There was no insistent upselling ("oh we can only sell you four at a time"), but they did mention they currently have a buy three get one free special, but I didn't need front…
Kyle was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable! Today I had a tire pop while I was driving and he told me if i could get it there he would change my tries same night which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! I brought my car there at 5:45 and it was ready for pick up at 6:30, I honestly couldn’t believe it! I would come here again anytime.
Helped me out in a pinch, when other shops in the area said it couldnt be done. Plus they're open sundays which saved my day. Id recommend this place over any other tire shop.
I came in to make an appointment to have all four of my tires replaced And they were able to not only get me in, but had the whole thing completed and ready to go and under an hour. Fantastic service.
Manager was helpful. Service guys did a quick job.
Staff & mgt are friendly. Give information on all sales and specials. Honest with customer questions and accommodation as needed for emergency tire check, air leakage due to nail found on tires. That’s a good service
The employees were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and accommodating and did a great job.
They gouged me by charging me double for a 195/55/16 cheapest available. Should have been around $75 was $142. I will never use your company again!!
Was well taken care of by courteous staff who seemed more concerned about my and car’s safety than how much $ they charged….recommend Tire Warehouse over Town Fair Tire if near Manchester NH!
I stopped in today without an appointment to have a new tire mounted onto a wheel. There was no hesitation from staff in helping me out. I was asked to leave the tire and wheel, as it would take about 30 mins. I doubt it was even 20 before I was called to come pick it up. I can't express enough how friendly and…
Stefan and the rest of the team are amazing and help me out so much! Ill be coming back again for sure.
In and out, very efficient. I got 4 new tires.
They were actually open on a Sunday, and not at all busy. The service rendered was fast, professional, and courteous.
Fast friendly service, the manager Kyle was quick to help and extremely knowledgeable. Will return for any future needs and always recommend this location to anyone in need for tires!
I had to have my car towed due to a flat tire. The guys were great. Got me right in. Fixed the tire quickly.
In August of 2024, I purchased a set of four tires for my car. In August of 2025, I returned for the their free tire rotation service, which by the way is a great service. The personnel was terrific and performed the work quickly and professionally. I would recommend highly.
When my RV blew a tire just as we were starting a trip with a tight schedule they saved the day. The young guy behind the desk and technician got me right in and out the door. Im sorry I forgot their names. I think one was Alex
