The roof itself looks fine. However, the dumpster they parked in our driveway cracked two slabs of concrete, creating a much larger expense for us. Old janky house looks respectable now! I was terrified to get my siding replaced. Lots of wood rot and water damage. I heard good reviews from this company and pulled the trigger. They where done in two days and I am a very happy customer. They even fixed my power line that was sagging low from a tree branch strike. Price seemed very reasonable as well.
[Update 2026-10-22:]
The owner's response today is not sincere - Tittle has already responded in writing they will not address any of the dozens of installation errors identified by their own technician, and their 5-year workmanship warrantee has expired. The state they left things can be seen in the photo.
I had to hire another company to re-side the entire house at my expense. It turns out the problems don't last forever, you'll have to replace it long before then.

Tittle's mistakes are your problems forever.
Tittle assigned one of their Clown Crews to my job and I'll regret hiring Tittle until I replace the siding in 30 years. I pointed out their lack of quality and professionalism repeatedly during the installation to deaf ears. The punch-list before I would pay them was almost two pages long -- shameful things like "Caulked above vent duct but not underneath". Tittle made no effort to get their crew to clean up so my neighbors would stop complaining to me about the mess blowing into their yards. I had to do it for Tittle.
A roof dormer has proven beyond Tittle's ability: Their installation was so crooked I couldn't remove a window screen, their repair fell apart, Tittle waited 3 months do anything about it, and then that repair failed. Warrantee? It's my problem for as long as I keep the siding!
You can be treated indifferently by anybody. Hire anybody else.

Roof looks great, tear off and re-roof done in one day. Didn’t need any wood replaced, was told upfront this would cost extra. Was able to get the premium Owens Corning shingle we had seen online and liked, that wasn't originally offered. Overall price was reasonable compared to other estimates. Delays in starting partly due to weather, but lack of communication. Wasn't shown multiple shades of brown for gutters, was told there were two by salesman, more by crew. The roofing crew painted our stainless wood stove stack black without asking, didn’t want or need that done. A few other minor things. There has been zero followup since the job was done to see if we were satisfied.

We needed a full roof replacement on our 100-year-old home in Detroit. There were a couple of small leaks and unprofessional repairs that predated our ownership of the house and there was no reliable way to repair the problem areas ahead of winter. We shopped for quotes for a while and ended up going with Tittle Brothers based on their comprehensive breakdown of how they planned to tackle our house, even though they were the highest quote we got by a wide margin.
A big issue on our house was a flat section of roof that previously had a second floor patio off of it. We didn't plan to rebuild that porch, and the door to it had been closed off. The salesperson we dealt with, Mike, suggested building a modest pitch over that area, tied into the existing hip, to avoid any future problems associated with the flat roof. No other contractor or company we talked to even addressed the flat section (which already had a small leak) or gave us any alternative solutions for protecting it in their broken down quotes.
Additionally, our house had original cedar planks and shake underneath at least one layer of tab shingles that had been installed over top of it, several decades ago. The job required a full OSB deck over top of the planks after tearing off the shake. The mess that the shake creates during tear-off is overwhelming if you've never seen the process. The crew that did our roof did a fantastic job of cleaning as they worked, including keeping my neighbors' property as tidy as possible the entire time, on both sides. Houses are very close together in my neighborhood and these folks worked hard not to have an ongoing mess around the job site. Tom, the project manager for our job, was very communicative throughout the process and was very helpful in making sure some of the original carpentry details on our house were preserved for future restoration as we work on our house.
By the time they were done, it was a two day project for roughly an 8-person crew, and a ton of new wood had to be used to rebuild the front-facing peaks where the original cedar planks were deteriorated. This was all included in our quote, so we didn't end up paying extra for what turned out to be an extremely large and complex job, beyond even what was anticipated.
Looking forward to the peace of mind that the new roof and warranties will provide for years to come, and I'm happy to recommend Tittle Brothers especially for these bigger jobs.

Very Disappointed With the Lack of Professionalism and Communication.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tittle Brothers Roofing. I hired the company expecting a professional roofing contractor that would communicate clearly, stand behind its work, and treat my property with respect. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.
The problems started on the very day my new roof was being installed. While the crew was at my home, one of the workers parked his SUV on my front lawn instead of in the driveway. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my property. A customer's lawn should not be treated as an overflow parking area, particularly during a major home improvement project where professionalism and care for the customer's property should be a basic expectation.
Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
Less than a month after the new roof was installed, my roof leaked. Having a newly installed roof develop a leak in such a short period of time was extremely frustrating and concerning. When I contacted the company and a repair crew eventually came out, I encountered another situation that I found very difficult to understand: the repair crew arrived without a ladder.
This was a roofing repair. A ladder is basic equipment for accessing a roof, yet the crew showed up without one. In order for them to actually access my roof and perform the repair, I had to provide my own ladder. As a homeowner who had just paid to have a new roof professionally installed, I should not have been put in the position of supplying basic equipment so that the contractor could address a problem with its own work.
Then came what I consider to be the most troubling part of the entire experience.
I received a text from Erik threatening that a lien would be placed on my property because the company claimed it had not received payment. The problem with that was that payment had in fact already been made.
Receiving a message threatening a lien over an allegedly unpaid balance when the payment had already been made was extremely upsetting. Regardless of whether this was an internal communication or accounting error, I believe something this serious should have been verified before threatening a customer with a lien against their property. A simple review of the payment records should have been enough to determine whether there was actually an outstanding balance.
Taken together, these experiences left me feeling that there was a significant lack of communication, organization, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the process.
To be clear, my frustration is not based on one isolated inconvenience. It was the combination of multiple problems:
• A worker parked an SUV on my front lawn during installation.
• My newly installed roof leaked less than a month later.
• The repair crew arrived without a ladder, requiring me to provide my own.
• I was then threatened by text with a property lien over an alleged nonpayment, despite the fact that payment had already been made.
When you hire a professional roofing company, you are placing a tremendous amount of trust in that company. A roof is one of the most important components of a home, and homeowners reasonably expect the contractor to perform quality work, protect the property, communicate effectively, and handle billing accurately.
Instead, I came away from this experience feeling like I had to deal with one problem after another.
The most disappointing aspect is that many of these situations could have been avoided with basic professionalism and communication. The vehicle could have been parked in the driveway. The repair crew could have arrived with the appropriate equipment. The payment status could have been verified before sending a message threatening a lien. And, most importantly, a newly installed roof should not have leaked less than a month after installation.
