I was so impressed with the service I got. Like a bonehead, I did not drain fuel from my snow blower. I did put fuel stabilizer, but that did zero, and my carburetor got all gummed up, and the machine refused to start. I made an appointment through the website, and Travis was very responsive.

When the snowblower was returned it was unbelievable the rust is no longer there. He is a family guy looking to help people with their issues with out overcharging them. He is a great guy with great experience I attached 2 pictures to see the before and after so you can see yourself how good it looks.

Best small engine and lawn mower repair in North Andover!I scheduled an appointment with TJ's Lawn Mower Repair to get my blades sharpened. After realizing I couldn't get the blades off my mower myself, I had to cancel. Instead of just accepting the cancellation, TJ called me directly and offered to come remove them free of charge.
Once he got here, he noticed my spindles were broken. He went out of his way to suggest alternative replacement parts I could order to save money. When those parts arrived, they weren't the exact OEM size and didn't fit. TJ went completely above and beyond—he manually filed the parts down to the perfect dimensions so they would work seamlessly.
He did all of this extra technical troubleshooting completely free of charge and refused to take payment for the extra labor. I am blown away by his honesty, skill, and generosity. TJ has earned a lifetime customer. If you need honest, high-quality lawn mower repair in the North Andover or Andover area, I highly recommend him!

I myself am in customer service in both my prime time, and side gigs, and know how much good customer service is worth. Travis is a great value for the service provided.

We are very pleased with TJ’s Lawn Mower Repair! Travis repaired and tuned up our portable generator, and also picked up and dropped off. We communicated by text, and he quickly responded to any questions. Our generator now works like new. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact TJ’s in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about TJ's Lawn Mower Repair Shop! My riding mower completely gave out on me and Travis had it up and running better than ever in no time. The turnaround was fast, the price was way below the area competitors, and the service/communication was top-notch from start to finish.
Travis is clearly a pro who knows his stuff—he explained the issues in a way I could actually understand, didn’t try to se,l anything unnecessary, and even gave me some great maintenance tips to help keep the mower in good shape going forward.
It’s rare these days to find this level of honesty, professionalism, and care in a repair shop. If your mower is giving you trouble, don’t waste time anywhere else—go see Travis! Highly recommended!
