TLC Carpet did a fabulous job after our pipes broke and flooded the first floor. Michael installed a new carpet pad and was able to save the carpet. After he finished re-installing the carpet, he cleaned it and it looks and smells like new. A+ I recommend!

Top notch customer service and performance. Haili was so helpful, thorough , and cheerful. Great follow through and Samuel the person who actually cleaned our carpet , did a perfect job, seemed to care about his performance. Conscientious. Communicated very well and friendly. Whole experience was smooth , thorough and complete.
