I can't say enough good things about Kelley at TLC Grooming and I highly recommend. I've got an older dog so getting him groomed can be a stressful experience for everyone, but my dog looks great and seems to feel okay too! He didn't like the dryer, which was on me for not warning Kelley, but she pivoted and called me to be sure that I was okay with my dog coming home with wet ears, which I totally was. I can't believe I got so lucky finding these guys on my first try after moving down here. Thanks!

A few months ago we brought our 15-year-old Bichon-Pomeranian mix, Pippa, to TLC for the first time. We’d been unhappy with her last few grooms and were looking for a new go-to. The experience was wonderful. Our groomer (I think her name was Maria, but I could be remembering wrong!) was so kind and recommended the right length for Pippa’s fur based on her age. She also understood right away how we wanted Pippa’s ears cut, which had been a sticking point with our last groomer. Maria was patient with our senior girl and we were so happy with the results—we kept saying “she looks like our dog again!” Sadly, Pippa’s health failed about a month later and we had to say goodbye to her. TLC gave her a terrific last groom, and we’re so grateful for that. If we ever have any other dogs who need grooming in the future, we’ll absolutely bring them here.
