Trent and his team have done a great job managing the property at our nursing home. Anytime we have an urgent request for repairing a water line, putting ice melt down, or adjusting sprinklers, TLC comes right away and gets things resolved.

A few of our sprinklers stopped working in the heat of the summer. Trent promptly came out and fixed the issue and then he reprogrammed all our sprinklers so they work perfectly. He explained to use that there will be alittle overspray on the concrete, due to the wind factor or the pressure from irrigation!!!!…
