From the moment I called, it’s been such a positive experience. Made an appointment with ease, Chad called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Fixed our ice maker and was just such a nice guy. Professional, fair, helpful and great quality. Will recommend to everyone should they need service.

Chad came out on time, was professional and quickly diagnosed and did a replacement of a fan on our refrigerator. He even returned quickly to do a followup w/o additional costs. I would highly recommend him!
