Worst service ever, the woman running the place is very pretentious and talks down to you. She also goes out and claims the parking lot when they are closed. Overall a terrible place to take your pets.
Great job! My two shitzu are always excited when we take them to Top Class. I've been satisfied with the service and with the attention to detail . When its time to pick them up, my two little ones always como out very beautiful and excited. I Highly recommend 👍
We were frustrated because our Schnauzer puppy was almost shaved instead of receiving a breed-standard trim, we ask the personnel and we were told that it was a miscommunication between them. Also no collar when picking my puppy.

Took my dog in a few days ago as walk in, the woman at the front ( I'm sorry I didn't get your name!!) was very nice and really tried to get my dog comfortable with her which was very reassuring, my pup came back looking great and for a good price, will definitely return 🙌

This place has very bad customer service very unprofessional. Natasha treated us very rudely and very disrespectful. Had an appointment for 10:00 am. They opened their doors at 11:00 Then told her we had an appointment at 10:00 and she completely ignored us and went to another customer. She just left us standing there. Will I never recommend this place to my friends and will spread the word around how we got treated. Very unprofessional on thier behalf. Belive me you will sure loose some customers " friends" of mine.
They are wonderful with our babies Blue (Yorkie) and Goose (Labrador) they just love going!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!
