I have been a customer for quite a while and my experiences have been very positive! The employees are friendly and easy to communicate with. They are reasonable with the costs of repairs and maintenance. I recently had an oil change done at Toscalito, and they were well managed and completed everything in a timely…
Great guys. Honest & pleasant. Will definitely return
I put new tires at Toscalito Tire & Automotive in San Rafael. Work was fast, they give me discount and price better than other shops. Very good place, I happy with service.
My visit to Toscalito Tire and Service was an all-round good experience. Staff at the front desk were ready to check me in for my service appointment, and the job was accomplished in the time frame they predicted. Future work was suggested, but not pushed. I was pleased to find that a tire rotation was included with…
These guys are the best and they’re fast and good at what they do. In and out.
The employees were professional and had the car ready when they promised it. Didn't try to upsell me which is what Valvoline always tries to do.
Reasonable and done quickly
Super friendly. Easy in and out. Trust them to take good care of my car.
Always a great experience! Honest and efficient. Had new HP tires put on Porsche GT3 center locks! Super professionally executed.
Today I arrived a bit over 30 minutes early for my vehicle service appt. H.Fong handled my sign in fast, efficiently, and professionally. I mentioned that I had a coupon for $15 off, but forgot it at home and he said, “No problem, we’ll honor it”. Car servicing was done quickly and I was out of there quickly (with…
Always helpful and trustworthy, Toscalito’s is my first choice for car care.
Excellent customer service!
I made it clear what I wanted, they didn't try to upsell me but made realistic recommendations. They answered all my questions adequately. Work done right all baes covered no BS. Just the way it should be.
Great service, helpful and informative associates, very reasonable price. Will be back.
I think it's really hard to find a good auto service that doesn't cheat or exaggerate to take advantage of you. These guys are straight shooters and I really appreciate that about them! And much cheaper than going to the dealer. Recommended!
I usually go to Novato and work with handsome Tony. I went today to San Rafael and was fabulously served by Herman. Great job and service. Bravo!!
Great service and experience!
always a joy treated really well
Service was quick and as expected.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Toscalito- whether through changing tires, selling me new tires or oil changes. This visit I needed a new starter installed and an oil change. Super friendly, quick, efficient service- kept me informed. My only complaint is that someone placed their very oily, dirty hand…
SON MUY PROFESIONALES EN EL DESEMPEÑO DE SUS LABORES COMO MUY DEDICADOS. SOLO QUE LES FALTA UN POCO DE CONSIDERACIÓN CON LOS CLIENTES QUE ESTAN ESPERANDO POR SUS VEHÍCULOS, DEBIDO A QUE NO ACTIVAN EL SISTEMA DE CALEFACCIÓN PARA AMINORAR UN POCO EL FRÍO QUE SE SOPORTA EN LA SALA DE ESPERA, Y SE PONE MUCHO MÁS FRÍO…
Toscalito Tire did a fantastic job servicing my car. They are honest and do not recommend paying for repairs that truly aren’t necessary at the time. Which is different than when I have gone to the dealership I will continue to go to Toscalito Tire to get my car serviced. The workmanship, honest service will keep bringing me back.
Always a great experience at Toscalito's San Rafael. Herman Fong and the front desk guys are a great asset to your company. The shop guys always perform excellent work and done on time. We've been bringing our 3 cars there for several years now an always a good result, an never any up-selling.
I felt that I was in the right place from the moment I entered, the Staff was very professional and made everything clear. They treated me to an Uber twice. That's a first for me. The place is well organized and everything was clean and uncluttered. I'll be going back!
Work well done and on time. Friendly and very reasonable. They didn't mind I didn't make an appointment. Phew!!!
I originally went to Toscalito for a tire patch, and now they have been taking care of maintenance on my Subaru for years! These guys are great--friendly, efficient, reliable service and they don't try to push you into things you don't need. Honest advice and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!
I love these guys: always fast, super responsive, honest, and reasonably priced!
The staff at Toscalito changed the oil in my 12-year-old Nissan Altima and did a thorough check of its systems and tires. They were efficient, on time, and gave me a discount--the oil change price (already lower than some other similar businesses) had increased since I got a quote, but they did the work for the old…
I've had my BMW's serviced and repaired at Toscalito San Rafael many times over an 8 or 9 year period. They do just about everything. The work has always been satisfactory.
Kind staff, great service, clear communication on car diagnostics and costs, plus they didn't hesitate to help when I found a new issue with the car. They are excellent; highly recommend.
