We are in the process of buying our first home. We wanted the best inspection possible, and we heard about Total House Inspection. We were recommended John, who did an amazing job! He took his time and was very thorough. He walked us through the entire inspection and gave us so much information about the condo we’re…
Mike was awesome with our inspection. This personally my first experience, and he was definitely the best to show me the ropes. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very friendly.
Bryan From Total House Inspections is my preferred inspector for my clients. -- he is thorough and extremely knowledgable. He lets you know at the end if he personally would buy it after going through the walkthrough and pointing things out. He is ALWAYS early to get the ball rolling.and not one of those…
Very professional and straight forward experience, thanks!
THI was recommended to me by a friend and JC was great. She performed a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain everything to me (what she was looking for, whether potential issues needed to be repaired or just monitored, etc). The follow up was great too- very responsive via email, and the final report…
The inspector, Dan, was incredibly professional. He was on time and explained everything to us. We left the inspection extremely confindent in the home we were purchasing. Felt like we made a new friend. We will definitely use them in the future.
John Reed was very thorough, took time to explain everything and was very knowledgeable! The inspection took a little longer than we were expecting (4.5 hrs) but it also was a 3000 sqft home with a basement, partial crawl, attic, garage and we had the add ons of sewer scope, radon, and ended up testing for mold in a…
My inspector, John, was incredibly thorough, frank, and professional. He fielded my barrage of questions patiently and expertly. He explained each point of his inspection so that there were no surprises in his final report.

I’ve used them several times for home inspections. They are a thorough and professional company and I would recommend them for anyone seeking a home inspection.
Great service as always. Detailed and knowledgeable
John Reed was very thorough in his inspection of the property my wife and I are buying. He showed up early and his reports were all delivered with that same promptness. He inspected the interior and exterior of the home including the sewer, a radon test, and the other usual components of an inspection.
John was the best! Very, very thorough! Very detailed! Explained to me and my client his findings and walk her through the inspection. Very satisfied with his service. Will be using Total House again and I will ask for John! He actually was fun to work with!

My realtor suggested this company. We scheduled my inspection very quickly. They responded & came out less than a week after scheduling them. They showed up early to the appointment and were extremely thorough in inspecting all areas in which they had access to. I would definitely recommend this company. And I hope…
As a first time home buyer, I was terrified of the inspection process. Total Home Inspection was easy to get a hold of to schedule the appointment and great customer service from beginning to end. Along with the standard home inspection, I also requested a sewer scope. Both services were fairly priced and the…
Very helpful and informative for our inspection. I would recommend them to others!

John did a great job of inspecting home for us. Report went in to great detail. John walked us through all the items we would need to address and gave some ideas for how to proceed (what type of professional we would need to perform service)
John Reed was extremely thorough and helpful, and was very nice to talk to and work with. Thanks for making it such an enjoyable experience !
John was our appraiser, he was on time, very professional and extremely thorough. He spent a lot of time making sure that everything was working properly and didn’t hesitate to answer questions and share his results as he found them. The inspection report was huge and sent in less than 24 hours. He was a very…
Extremely professional inspection. The inspector found issues that I would have never discovered until it was too late. I am very happy with the services and the inspector.
