I have to say that Collin the technician that came out did a exceptional job. First he unclog my main pipe in the rain. I offered to hold a umbrella over his head but he didn't mind the water and I have to say he is a cutie! But he also taught me what the main problem was took a camera through my sewage pipe and… Read full review

I wanted to wait to do this review to thoroughly test out everything that was done at out house. Over $13k worth of work was done so it was a big project. The water heater, new toilets, milling, laundry room, garage disposal, pump and partial repiping is holding up well. Throughout this project Ashton went above and… Read full review

Thank you so much to the guys who came and saved the day! My septic backed up the last night and with two kids, I was panicking and scared to run any water in the house. They came today and fixed the issue and also called an additional plumber to find a clog. All work was done in less than 3 hours. Thanks again! You guys are awesome!!!

Was misled about what was going on in my pipes. Was told I had root intrusion throughout my system. The video I was shown was grainy and blurry. So I took in the information that was told to me by young man after camera inspection. Come down to it there was no root intrusion anywhere. A few leaves by the laundry… Read full review

This company is fantastic!!!! Special thanks to Mike, Will and Jarret. You guys rock! Thank you for turning an unpleasant task into an enjoyable experience.

Mike was here today to clean and mill the drain lines. Extremely professional. Kept me updated throughout the process. Explained everything he did at the end of the day. Highly recommend Totally Hooked.

Highway robbery. They sent some kid who charged me $189 to pretend to snake my tub drain. There were some wood chips blocking the drain entry, but he had to pretend to snake it thru the overflow first to get his sale for the day. Nice kid. Horribly dishonest business practices.

Working with the company was an all-around excellent experience. Communication was top-notch leading into the appointment, and upon arrival, technician Justin G. was equally skilled at segmenting the issue into potential causes and then addressing them. He was also beyond respectful of the property, striving to… Read full review

I wasn't at home whenever Justin came to the house but from what my wife says he did an awesome job and was totally professional. What I was quoted over the phone is what we had to pay, I am glad that we used totally hooked, and if we ever have any more problems we will definitely use them again. I am just hoping we don't have to for a while lol

I called and was pleased that I was able to get someone so fast. Jarrett V. Was very polite and listen and ask questions then went to work to fix the problem. Thanks doing a great job. I will recommend this company to my friends and family that may need work.

Absolutely 5 star, Colin was great he actually gave me a little more information than a lot of other plumbers over a reoccurring issue. He offered me a solution instead of just a patch fix , Which he was willing to do but offered a better options to solve the problem. there was no pressure to upsell at all.

Today Drake L. definitely saved our evenning, and our home from a complete mess. He was so kind, and helpful. He answer our questions and took time to patiently clear our doubts.
