Justin was very professional and pleasant. The hot and cold water valves were very tight and I didn’t want to try to open them. He was able to open them and loosen them for me so I had him also replace the hose for the kitchen faucet which was just a clip in from Delta.

Ryan and Scott came over to diagnose a faucet leak -they replaced the cartridge to save the faucet when a different company said I needed a new faucet. They were both a pleasure to work with. Customer Service was on point and very fast turnaround time on fixing the faucet.
