This company is great! They took me in the same day scheduled me for 4pm but the plumber arrived at 12pm instead for my leaky kitchen sink. He was very professional and kind. He did a great job and finished in a timely manner.

Collin was fantastic! Early for the appointment, patient, explained all options on next steps and flexible for working with my schedule!

Totally hooked wasn't the first plumbing company I called, but none of the other companies were as affordable as Totally Hooked. Lantz and Kris were very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and answered any questions I had.

Jarrett was amazing!! On time, courteous and completed the job very professionally! It’s so hard to find people you can trust these days. I’m 75 years old and he treated me with respect and value. I’m sure he’ll go far in your company!!!

These people were readily available, showed up on time, and did an excellent job installing my whole house water filter. They also worked tirelessly to locate and repair a leak in our plumbing. I would highly recommend this company should you need quick & expert service.

I had a pipe burst on a Saturday and Ryan got here right after completing a job he was on and promptly fixed my problem. He was very pleasant and professional.

The tech justin, was very polite knowledgeable and very professional. Immediately assessed the problem and had it solved and fixed within minutes. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. My second time using them and both times exceptional service.

Ryan and Scott came over to diagnose a faucet leak -they replaced the cartridge to save the faucet when a different company said I needed a new faucet. They were both a pleasure to work with. Customer Service was on point and very fast turnaround time on fixing the faucet.
