This company is great! They took me in the same day scheduled me for 4pm but the plumber arrived at 12pm instead for my leaky kitchen sink. He was very professional and kind. He did a great job and finished in a timely manner.

Totally hooked wasn't the first plumbing company I called, but none of the other companies were as affordable as Totally Hooked. Lantz and Kris were very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and answered any questions I had.

Thumbs down, never received a permit as requested in order for an inspection to be performed. And was informed I will not receive a permit. I just had Dewey do an inspection and replace my lines. This company in general was polite and concise. He handled my issue in less than a day.
