Google reviewers rate Town Fair Tire highly for knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and efficient service on tire repairs, rotations, and alignments. Customers frequently praise the friendly, professional demeanor of the team and the accuracy of estimated completion times. However, several low-star reviews highlight a recurring issue with significant delays beyond scheduled appointments and a lack of communication regarding job status, which led to frustration and missed commitments.

Customers hired Town Fair Tire for 3 kinds of job. Pick one to see what they paid and said.
Easy to work with. I was able to order tires from another site, have them mailed there and they price matched. However, when I picked up my car it was on...it was running with no one inside!!! Keys were inside the shop. Gas is too expensive for that stupidity! Do better.
I have had a great relationship with the Fairhaven branch. The guys are great, they do good work and take care of both my cars. I highly recommend them!
Towns Fair Tire is our family’s go to for tires! Always great prices and knowledgeable staff!

Chuck at the front desk is the man! I don't think it would be the sane without him. The other guy doesn't have the same customer service skills and down to earth, easy to talk to nature.
Jerome was awesome! I did not have to Wait for my car to be serviced. Jerome was very polite and efficient, and corrected an error from the dealer.

For years, I've been going to Town Fair Tire in Fairhaven for alignment, balancing and tire rotation and am always pleased with their service. For the past 3 years, Clerk #356 (whose name, sadly, I haven't gotten lodged in my head, but whose face I recognize) has kindly come outside to help me avoid exposure to the tire smell that makes me feel icky. He's so kind and friendly and informative. He deserves a raise!
Marc wa super friendly
