Customers frequently praise the shop for knowledgeable staff, efficient service, and flexible scheduling, often noting that work is completed on time or even early. Recurring themes include friendly communication and helpful explanations regarding tire options. However, some reviewers report issues with pricing transparency, unexpected fees, and quality control problems such as uncloned sensors or damaged vehicle parts, leading to dissatisfaction despite the generally positive sentiment.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable, eager, and helpful. When you go somewhere needing a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member to help you make the right choice and oversee it getting done, Mark is exactly the kind of person you want to meet. He made a complex array of choices easy to navigate. Now installed, I look forward to revisiting Town Fair Tire every few thousand miles for their continued free rotation and alignment (?!!) services. It doesn’t get better than that for taking care of tires on your vehicle!
