I cannot say enough good things about Town Fair tire in West Hartford! They’re amazing. I’ve had to go there quite frequently in the last few weeks due to needing new tires, finding the right tires, and having a flat replaced. Each time I go (or call) ALL of their staff are incredibly responsive, kind, patient, and…

Town Fair Tires in West Hartford is where it’s at! I needed a tire change before a gig up in Vermont, I was in a bit of a time crunch. I walked in without an appointment, I told them my situation, and they were on it. They got new tires on my vehicle in under 2 hours, despite having a few other appointments…
Saved me on New Year's Eve! Fit me in an hour before they closed for the Holiday. So helpful and accommodating! They really are a great group! Thank you to all, and Happy New Year! Just an add-on to this old review. Made an appointment for new tires recently, and they did such a great job, I had to mention it here.…
Shoutout Angel who was super kind and patient. These guys are just the nicest and most helpful around. Very clear communication, went out of their way to pick up the right tire model that I wanted, and squeezed me in same-day to swap out a full set when my back tire failed. Seamless experience, no upsell, right on time, and very fair pricing.
This store has the friendliest staff. I've been to 3 other stores and the way these guys interact with customers and each other puts everyone at ease. Honestly, it was the most stress free part of my week.

Tommy in the front was cool, no issues with him. It took 2hrs with an appointment to finally be told that I had a nail in my tire, as well as needing 4 new tires. After agreeing to purchase I had to wait another hr plus. When you book an appointment it says to expect to wait an hour before your car gets to a…

I went to Town Fair Tire to install tires after confirming over the phone with Cameron on 01/12/26. When I arrived, my TPMS light was on, so Cameron scanned all four sensors. Two were good, one was dead, and one had a low battery. Based on that, I agreed to replace the two bad ones and paid upfront. After waiting…
My experience was exemplary! I walked in asking about new tires, and Mark took the time to inspect the tires I already had. He explained that one tire was still good while the other three needed to be replaced. I initially asked to match the three tires to the one good tire, which would have cost close to $1,000.…

Tommy, David, and friends were great. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I bought 4 new tires and paid for an alignment. At first they were only able to change 3 tires as my lugnut was stuck.
