Good excelente 👌🏼
Was good fast and reliable
Professional, great service—Thanks, Cameron!
A better practice is not to overbook customer's that schedules an appointment, waiting literally for 3 hours does not justify the service rendered ie front end alignment and free tire rotation! Staff exceptional customer service support rated five star’s plus!
Exceptional Service! Everyone was nice! My car was aligned and tires were put on quickly! Awesome price! I will be back.
What an exceptional experience. Thomas, Angel, and Antonio do such an amazing job at setting a comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable environment at the front desk. Their funny personalities compliment the experience as well. Thomas took care of me today and he's very knowledgeable at what he does, and he helped me…
Angel is the best! I had an issue at one store and he took over with powerful customer service , a big smile and a let’s fix it attitude. He totally changed my mind about this company and I’m spreading the word about him and his store! Please promote or give Angel a raise because customer service like this is a lost…
Can’t say enough about the guys at the west Hartford store. Not only they care of my works fleet truck for all alignments etc. but have taken great care of my personal vehicles as well. Great personalities all around, great communication. Highly recommend west Hartford Tire Fair Town.
Thanks for the service Ganesh!!!
Town Fair Tire really takes care of its customers. When my researched tires were on backorder, they recommended alternatives based on their experience with similar vehicle models—exactly the kind of helpful guidance you want. I couldn’t be happier with the decision in the end. A few weeks later I managed to knock…
No son organizados en los horarios, en las otras sucursales toman únicamente 1 hora como máximo, aquí me tuvieron 3 horas. Y el servicio se mantiene mi carro con el mismo problema iré al de Manchester que es más organizado
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Delicacy Catering has trusted Town Fair Tire with servicing our entire vehicle fleet for more than 20 years, and we simply could not be happier with the service we have received over the years. Whether it's tire replacement, alignments, repairs, or routine maintenance, the team at Town Fair…
Tommy was such a pleasure to meet when I brought my car in for new tires. It was my first time purchasing tires here and he made me feel welcomed. 10/10 will recommend anyone to come here for their tire needs. I will definitely come back! Thank you Tommy and crew for all that you did today!
Thomas is excellent. He is has excellent customer service skills and helps to get your vehicle in and out quickly!
Best service by Tom! Even named my car after him for the day! Seriously, stop by for a quote, you might even get your car serviced at a good deal!
Thomas es una excelente persona, atiende muy bien a sus clientes y busca la manera de comunicarse contigo si no sabes el idioma
Great service with Ganesh thank you…was fast and pleasant
Quick service, tire swap and alignment in under an hour. Front desk staff were professional and helpful
Great customer amazing team constant communication from the time you walk in to the time you leave.#1 tire spot in my book.
I've gone here several times and they've been consistently good. There have been delays getting the vehicles brought in to the bays for the service to but that happens at every service place. The prices are usually lower than others. It is my usual place for tire service. Update 6/2026. I guess timing matters. I…
I received excellent service at Town Fair Tire. I purchased new tires, had a front end alignment and recalibrated the sensors. The service was great and the cost was very fair. My brother couldn't believe what a great deal I got because he just got tires for his car, the same make and model, and he paid a lot more.
Mark helped me out finding the right size tires and getting me a better price than what I initially expected! Fantastic customer service, would recommend to anyone looking for tires and alignment.
Thomas was very helpful in getting new tires, alignment and balancing onto the vehicle
Mark was very helpful! I originally called looking for a same-day appointment with no availability and he called me back immediately when a spot opened up.
Mark His the best.
Mark was wonderful, very helpful! Highly recommend
Jesse and everyone here helped me find the best deal and helped me find the correct stuff to help
Came in with a car that is no longer serviceable by the dealership for a tire rotation and one tire low pressure. The first two people I met were very helpful and defiently got a couple of laugh out of me. They walked me through the process and even walked me to the shop to see the tire issue. The personnel is very…
Came in to get an alignment. I was helped by an associate named Mark. He made the process super smooth.
Mark was awesome! Had me in and out in no time

Thomas, Jessie and Angel were all great!!
I cannot say enough good things about Town Fair tire in West Hartford! They’re amazing. I’ve had to go there quite frequently in the last few weeks due to needing new tires, finding the right tires, and having a flat replaced. Each time I go (or call) ALL of their staff are incredibly responsive, kind, patient, and…
Mark was great. Thanks!
Great experience. Thank you Tommy, Mark and Angel. Very helpful.
Shoutout Angel who was super kind and patient. These guys are just the nicest and most helpful around. Very clear communication, went out of their way to pick up the right tire model that I wanted, and squeezed me in same-day to swap out a full set when my back tire failed. Seamless experience, no upsell, right on time, and very fair pricing.
Everyone here is great!
I did a walk-in for a wheel alignment service. I called ahead and Mark assured me I could come in on short notice and be services. When I walked in, I was greeted and assured I’d be assisted shortly. Everyone I encountered was friendly and polite. Tommy was helpful in setting me up to get serviced and offered…
The man that worked on my truck did a great job. Very friendly and nice. I will go back again
