Seth was knowledgeable and super helpful.

Seth was great, found the tire I bought cheaper at Walmart. Came back the next day. No questions asked helped me get a $90+ refund which turned into an alignment. Very easy to talk to very quick turn around. Team was knowledgeable.

Jeremie was very helpful. He gave me three choices of new tires for my 2020 Santa Fe, and did not try to upsell me anything at all. Made the appointment, got the tires and alignment, no drama at all.

Recently had four tires replaced and aligned and was very happy with the service I received. Everyone was super helpful and informative throughout the process. The whole process was painless and I would definitely use Town Fair Tire and specifically the Southington branch again.

If you go- ask for Seth, he was amazing. Got me in (after rolling in my flat tire) and was able to get everything fixed and ready to go in less than 2 hours. You for sure can't go wrong.

Steven helped me get my tires super fast and he made the process so simple and stress free. He’s a nice guy. Paul A was also extremely helpful :) my shitbox car no longer sounds like a choo choo train. I can now go over every bump and pothole and it not feel like an earthquake. i am very satisfied

Stopped in for an alignment, Seth at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, Louis the alignment tech went above and beyond made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Chayce was very helpful with the replacement of a bad tire. Technicians were able to complete the repairs and maintenance much quicker than the estimated wait time on this and a follow up realignment 2 weeks later.

I came in today for an alignment and plug for a screw in my tire. Seth recommended the $134 alignment special which I accepted. I’m so happy I did and appreciate Seth recommending this tor safe traveling as I am mostly highway. He is knowledgeable and professional. I will be sure to deal with only him when I return.
