Tracy and Sophie were essential in protecting us as sellers in market of “no contingencies”. I never knew how much behind the scenes work a realtor does to ensure a buyer is able to stand by their offer (calling the buyers bank(s), speaking with the buyers agent, and calling all other buyers agents to get competitive offers). They also did a wonderful job marketing our home. You can’t go wrong with Tracy and her team!
