My yard is green. Looking good.
Timely and efficient
Great seeing a familiar face servicing my lawn Pho. This guy is great on performing applications, controlling weeds when ever I need Trad’s.
Excellent - very thorough!
He always does a thorough and informative job. I appreciate him.
Met with MattBunnell in Sept. to discuss sevice for lawn. He was very informative, respectful, patient and answered all of my querstions. Because of my initial interaction, I signed up for service.
We were able to discuss problem and hopefully this will get better after treatment.
Mike Fish is a great technician and credit to Trad’s . He is very knowledgeable about lawn and other maintenance and delivers his services in that manner. I had the pleasure of speaking with him . I had the pleasure of knowing Lou Trad who would have been proud to have Mike representing him with his customers . Keep up the great service . Mike Jennings
Mike Fish always talks with me about my concerns and is a very personable fella. Thanks for his help and Trad's.
I greatly appreciate Pho taking the time to explain to me the whole chinch bug/weed control/ sod webworm process of recovery. We just moved into our home so the yard definitely needs some work and it is good to know I have someone taking care of it all for me! Thanks Trad Pest Control and Pho!
My tech was very helpful and had great recommendations, thanks Billy and Both Mike's
My technician Bryan is the best. He not only services my lawn but has become a dear friend through the years. This last visit he alerted me to the fact one of my water pipes has burst. Thanks to him I was able to get my water shut off and plumber out with Jea also. I can't thank him enough Sharon Evans
JJ did a wonderful job.
Pho serviced my lawn today and I consider him to be a true professional in this area of service. He is willing to answer my questions on weed control or other topics that I may be interested in knowing about. Pho is always willing to help and go the extra mile in service.
Byron took time and treated some areas he wasn't there to treat. I really appreciate the extra effort. Thanks

Thomas’s service was very good as usual.
As always, Ray is punctual and has a great attitude. He is quick and professional and explains exactly what he is doing - and asks if we have any additional needs. He is also aware that we have a dog, so our fence gates are ALWAYS closed and secured. Jeff & Mary, Covington Creek

Jaden is a wonderful technician. EXCELLENT job, Very knowledgeable. I appreciate his dedication to getting my lawn the best he can. He explained to me what I need to do and my weed concerns. Thanks.........Sal
The best way for a review is when the grass starts growing again but we have no problems with the service. Hopefully this will control the weeds on the right side of the house. I was working in the garden there and it looks pretty bad. Also, wonder why the grass is so bad along the curb.
Jonel took the time to address my concerns about the patches in the backyard and assured me that he would request soil samples to identify the problem.
Updated. Thanks Mike Fish and Bryan Hakes! Trads always does a great job. Thanks Cody for the great care!
I have had Pho from Trads fertilize and do weed control for my yard. Pho has and continues to do a fantastic job. My lawn looks great. I truly appreciate when he takes the time to answer my questions and makes suggestions like he did a few weeks ago. Other companies I have had do a rush job and cannot be bothered to…
Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Isaiah did good job
Trad's Tech provided excellent follow up/notes on the steps needed to improve lawn condition by adding top soil in specific areas of the lawn. Watering suggestions for summer heat.
ZAY is coming along nicely as he gets used to how things are done at Trad's. My lawn is looking much better now with the weeds under control, except that stubborn Sedge. With the last spray of fertilizer my lawn came to life filling in with beautiful dark green St. Augustine. Keep up the good work ZAY!
I am really impressed with Trad's. Inspector Billy McCoy comes out now and then to look at how my lawn is doing and is doing a great job at maximizing my service.
