Mike is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We found a house online, clicked the “schedule a showing” button, and within an hour he had already texted us to set something up. Since we live a couple hours away, we wanted to make the trip count—so we lined up 7 houses to see on a Sunday, which is the only day my husband and I both have off. Mike didn’t hesitate for a second to spend his Sunday showing us around. From the start, we were upfront that we didn’t need to buy—we were just exploring the possibility of finding a home with a first-floor bedroom for my dad. Even knowing that, Mike was incredibly generous with his time. He was never pushy or salesy—just knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. And honestly… we did this to him two more times—asking him to spend Sundays taking us to multiple homes—and every single time, he showed up with the same great attitude. We hadn’t even considered asking him to list our current home because of the distance, but he offered—and again, no hesitation to make the drive. Throughout the entire process, he answered all our questions and gave honest, thoughtful feedback that truly had our best interests in mind. Mike genuinely cares about his clients, and it shows. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

Once we selected a house, Mike was there every step of the way to guide us through all the process, and gave useful information on utilities, services, contractors, etc. He was very hands-on, even meeting with inspectors on our behalf, since we were still not living in the area. We could not say enough good things about Mike's commitment to making a stressful home purchase as easy as it could be. Even post-closing, Mike has kept in touch to make sure things are working out.

My wife and I met Mike Hosey with Trade & Tryon completely by chance while on vacation in Hilton Head, hoping to see a few homes in gated neighborhoods around the area.
