I met Patrick through a consultation group led by a very well-known and experienced IFS therapist who worked directly with the participants. I had the opportunity to witness Patrick engaging in his own healing work, which, to me, is an important mark of a dedicated therapist. Incredible experience. I am so very lucky to have met Patrick Cassidy and was able to work with him. I had several areas of trauma in my life and was dealing with some crippling anxiety. He introduced IFS work to me and it has completely changed my life. I had done therapy in other forms for many years and this was an very unexpected and very swift victory for me in many areas. So glad I found him. I am unsure if anyone else in Vermont is doing work like this. He is so attentive and thoughtful.
