Service and professionalism, they had me in and out within 15 minutes, and did the tire repair for free. He refused to take any money. I'll definitely be going back to them for my next set of tires, thank you sincerely for your help.
This place is dope. That guy with the long hair really knows his stuff, he's super nice, and has the most luscious hair this world has ever seen.
They took great care of us and went above and beyond to help figure out that one of our wheels was cracked. Honest, helpful, and easy to work with. Stand-up shop with great service. Highly recommend.

This was the third tire shop I went into last weekend when traveling through Ventura. I had a simple problem that needed a simple fix. American Tires and Firestone both told me that my almost new tires could not be saved and I would have to buy all new tires for $1100. I had researched this thoroughly and knew that this was not true. They were actually lying to me and trying to bully me into buying all new tires. Treadmark was different. They fixed the problem in less than 30 min and charged me $74, saving me $1025 over the other stores. Also the shop was cleaner, the staff more polite, and they didn't try to cheat me like the other places. Treadmark is a far better place to get your work done than the others I tried in Ventura. Go there and feel safe. Go elsewhere at your own risk.

I needed tires that were graded for snow but that I could use year round and Christopher found me the right tire. He took time to explain the details of the tires for my hybrid AWD. I learned a lot. The team there is friendly, courteous and professional. And the tires were a competitive price. I definitely will be coming back.
This place is awesome. Can't say enough about it definitely coming back. And will recommend it to all my friends and family they are fair and honest.
