I am chronically indecisive and my directions were all over the place, but somehow Elle nailed it despite all that. Bailey & Chloe have been awesome, too. Very glad I found this place!

I just got my hair done by Hannah Warren, and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend her. She was so sweet and even stayed after they closed to make sure my hair was the way I wanted it to look!
My mom and I, who had never been to this salon, called to schedule an appointment one evening. The lady who answered was very nice and helped us tremendously. She scheduled an appointment for us for weeks away and told us we could come in another day to pay our deposit in cash. (She made it sound as if there was no specific window we had to pay it in) When we called prior to going and making our deposit only 2 days later, we were greeted very differently. The receptionist was very rude and talked to us as if we were stupid. She put us on hold and about 15 minutes later, she told us we never had an appointment because there was no deposit made. The disrespect, and miscommunication (which even if we should’ve been faster, it was entirely pinned on us as they made us out to be idiots and showed 0 empathy) was out of this world. We will be taking our services elsewhere.

I cannot thank the team at Treo Salon enough. After a truly awful experience elsewhere, they stepped in and completely saved my hair. Their professionalism, skill, and kindness went above and beyond — they not only corrected the poor work, but I truly love my hair again. This salon is full of true extension specialists, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about their clients.
I really wanted to like Treo because it’s close to home and the studio looks great, but I’ve gone 3-4 times now and unfortunately have not had great experiences. I (41M) have gone for a simple haircut several times. Now, I can go to Great Clips and get a decent haircut for $20, but I went to Treo hoping for better. Each time I asked for advice on how to manage a colic and receding hairline - was looking from some guidance from “expert stylists”, but they never offered anything useful, spent 10 minutes giving a haircut that honestly felt no better then Great Clips, then charged something like $60. I went back a couple times thinking a different stylist would yield better results, but each visit was the same. Then today I called to inquire about a simple hair trim for my young girls. Upon answering the girl said please hold and apparently just set the phone down because I could hear background noise for about 4 minutes. Then the phone hung up. I called back and mentioned what happened and the same girl did not seem apologetic at all. Fine, whatever. But then the price she quoted for a kids TRIM was $60! So, I find Treo quite disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Will not be returning. There are several other studios nearby with more reasonable prices.

We’d love to have been the Great Clips of your dreams (but with fancier shampoo). Our stylists are trained to provide more than just a haircut, and it’s clear we missed the mark for you both in service and communication — especially on that hold music you didn’t ask for. As for the pricing, haircuts at Treo range from $45–$59 depending on the stylist. The higher-priced stylists usually book out quickly — and truthfully, they’re often focused on their regular clientele, so availability for a kids’ haircut can be limited.
