Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Beautiful home(s), great experience on pretty much every level.
From the very start with sales through construction the professional and supreme communication was over the top. The quality and keen attention to detail gave us a home that we have dreamed for. Tresidio is a top notch builder.
We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
Tresidio scored a home run with us when they built our beautiful home! We felt confident we had made the right decision to go with Tresidio from the moment we decided to purchase this perfect lot for us with the expertise advice from our agent, Annie, to the completion of every detail orchestrated by our project…
We have moved into our Tresidio home and love it. The process of building our home was a pleasure. Every Tresidio employee we worked with was excellent - Katie, Nadza and Sam. We can highly building with Tresidio. Sam Waters is a great project manager! Really appreciated his attention to every question we had!
I found all the staff too be very careful with all the process of building our new home Tom Miller project manager easy to work with as well as very caring to make sure we had what we needed.
After looking at many builders we chose Tresidio Homes to build our home in Eagle. Living out of state while our home was being built was a concern, however, that concern did not last long. Everyone we had contact with at Tresidio was terrific. The design center has so many beautiful samples of things to select…
We had a new home built and all of our expectations were met. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, concerned and helpful. Especially the ladies in the design studio and our final project manager Scott Curtis
We purchased our dream retirement home from Tresidio Homes in Oct of 2020 and the home was completed in Oct 2021. They were very easy to work with from the purchase with Eric and the design center with Nadza to the finish project working with Kai. To be honest you are going to be working mostly with your Project…
We built our home with Tresidio Homes in Summit Ridge Subdivision - moved in March 2021. From dirt to move in we’ve had an excellent experience. Not only did we choose a beautiful community but are fortunate to have Tresidio be our builder of choice. We built the Birkdale model, which for us needed minimal…
With the market right now, it is extremely hard to get ahold of builders in the valley.....After calling and emailing multiple real estate and new home companies with no response I was happy to finally get through the first try when I called Tresidio. I was able to speak with Kayla, a member of the sales team and…
I never thought I'd get to custom build my dream home, but Tresidio made it happen! There were a few hiccups with our construction specialist, but overall, Tresidio was very accommodating in helping to make one of their floorplans flow and function the way we wanted it to. The design process was fun and exciting and…
Tresidio is building for my clients and they have been nothing but supportive and professional in our dealings. From the first meeting, my clients loved their homes and their service. Tresidio really stands above the average builder and delivers not just a quality home, but a quality experience. Cinnamon Dilworth…
A HUGE thank you to the entire Tresidio team from the drafters, to selections, to the super, the project managers, listing team, and everyone involved. As agents in the community who do a lot of new construction for our clients, this by far has been the most seamless build we have ever been a part of. Each staff…
We couldn’t be happier or more in love with our new home! It is a complete dream come true that we were able to design every single detail of our build. Anthony was amazing to work with and very professional. He answered all of our questions and concerns with promptness. I would 10/10 recommend Tresidio Homes for a builder no questions asked.
Love the new home built by Tresidio. I really appreciate that Tresidio was willing to change the plan to meet our needs. Andy Rice was excellent at managing the build. We have a beautiful new home.
