Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Our journey to Meridian started 2 years ago. Looking at different properties. We finally found one we liked and reserved it with Tresidio's rep, Katie. After visiting the site and speaking with Katie, who educated us on building a home, we purchased the land and selected the house we wanted to build. We had made…
Working with Tresidio Homes has been a pleasure. Amie Everett was our 1st point of contact. She's absolutely the best relator we've ever worked with! Kind, considerate & willing to go the extra mile! Colin Chiddick is an example for every Project Manager out there....knowledgeable, friendly yet professional,…
We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
Overall it’s been a great experience from the design studio with Chandler to operations with Katie and construction phase with Cody. Chandler guided me through the 2 day design studio experience with many good options. Katie gave me the tour of available floor plans and Cody has been instrumental in making sure the…
The whole process was organized and Communication was excellent from start to finish. I wish I wish our previous builder had been as organized. We cannot say enough good things about the process and everyone involved in building our home all trade workers were professional and respectful. Jenny Price was amazing…
Tom Watters was assigned to our build and I cannot say enough about the service he provided. We were dealt with professionally, all questions were thoroughly answered, problems were dealt with promptly and the service didn't end when we moved into our new house. Tresidio homes and Tom Watters in particular made a…
Tresidio scored a home run with us when they built our beautiful home! We felt confident we had made the right decision to go with Tresidio from the moment we decided to purchase this perfect lot for us with the expertise advice from our agent, Annie, to the completion of every detail orchestrated by our project…
We have moved into our Tresidio home and love it. The process of building our home was a pleasure. Every Tresidio employee we worked with was excellent - Katie, Nadza and Sam. We can highly building with Tresidio. Sam Waters is a great project manager! Really appreciated his attention to every question we had!
Five stars isn't enough. Tresidio was amazing to work with when we decided to build a new home. Katie Schlangen sat down with us and helped us draw out our own additions to one of their predesigned plans. After just minutes with Katie, we were comfortable and optimistic. We were able to build an oversized garage and…
I have been a realtor for 11 years in the Treasure Valley and sold a number of Tresidio homes, this year I bought one for myself. Tresidio builds a great home, some of the best floor plans with quality finishes. If you can find one where Scott Curtis is the project manager, his work is awesome! Thanks Tresidio and Scott for our wonderful home!
We were very happy with Tresidio Homes. They were very responsive sending pictures and reports every week of the construction and answered any questions that we had. They were on time and their quality was good. Tom and Joe were great to work with, even did some extra things we wanted done.
Edited to share, 6 months since I wrote my review and they have not followed up with me as they indicated they would in their response. It has been nearly a year since I completed the closing survey and still no response from Tresidio on making the outlined concerns right. We signed our contract in November of 2020…
My Wife and I had our new home built by Tresidio and love our home overall. Floor plan layout, interior design and treatments, locations and the personal touch of our Tresidio point of contact Sam Waters, he made our new home experience so easy and helpful with his attentiveness, knowledge, and fast responses to all…
I have built many homes over the years and working with Scott Curtis the project manager of Tresidio has been the most smooth building process I have ever experience. He is very responsive to any concerns or needs threw the whole process, along with always a follow up of any needs to make sure his crew is on top of…
New construction. The work is the highest quality! David, the Project Manager has been fabulous! Very responsive and informative. We received updates with pictures on a weekly basis. I would highly recommend Tresidio - and especially if David is the Project Manager!
After looking at many builders we chose Tresidio Homes to build our home in Eagle. Living out of state while our home was being built was a concern, however, that concern did not last long. Everyone we had contact with at Tresidio was terrific. The design center has so many beautiful samples of things to select…
Finding a perfect forever home can be a stressful process. We are so thrilled our amazing realtor, Michelle Pennick, connected us with the terrific folks at Tresidio Builders. Beginning with our first meeting with Eric Kulm, who guided us in choosing our house style, lot, and even incorporated all of our ideas…
We had a new home built and all of our expectations were met. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, concerned and helpful. Especially the ladies in the design studio and our final project manager Scott Curtis
We built our dream home with Tresidio. We couldn’t be happier! We absolutely love our new home & our project manager, Gari was amazing along the way. Updating us weekly with progress notes & pictures. Continued communication even after we moved into our home. Tresidio really takes care of their homeowners & they set…
