Kyler Carson was our supervisor and had excellent attention to detail. He also followed up and communicated promptly. Tresidio builds a nice home. Jenny Price was the realtor and provided excellent feedback and advice.
Great experience working with Project Manager Sione with Tresido. He is proactive, friendly and his follow up is fantastic. Tresido builds a beautiful homes and provides excellent customer service.
Wonderful home and always there to help and make sure your home is up to the Tresidio standards. Everyone went above and beyond to make the process a great one. Thank you!
I am adding to my previous Google Review of Tresidio Homes. The Google world does not allow a second review for the same business from the same individual, but will allow me to "edit" my review. I have lived in our Tresidio home now for 11 months. This really is a top of the line builder. As we approach the one-year…
Spoke with Mitch, who was super helpful helping with paint match. He went above and beyond offering to walk me through process. Extremely helpful!!!!
Oood company to do business, Hyrum , project manager kept us up dated weekly , build went very good
I closed on my second purchase with Tresidio Homes and had another great experience. The project manager (Tom Waters) was the best and most responsive PM I’ve worked with! Would highly recommend building with them if you’re considering
Kyler was amazing to work with. He had great communication and always had our best interests in mind. Any time we had questions he was patient and took the time to explain and meet our needs. He was always punctual when we met and followed through with everything we asked of him. The home turned out beautiful.…
Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Working with Kyler and Shiloh was a great experience. Kyler was our construction manager, and he kept us updated with every step of the way. He's on top of any issues that may come, and was great to work with. His communication was on point, he never left us without the information we needed and any questions we…
I was looking for a single story home and my Agent (Brittany Mitko-with Keller Williams City of Trees) helped me find the Lugarno Terra subdivision (one of the only subs that would allow 3 dogs-a must). The “Lilac” plan was perfect for me. The house was about a month out from being completed. I met SIONE HE- the…
We recently moved into our new build home with Tresidio Builders, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience — especially thanks to our project manager, Colin. From the very beginning when the ground was broken all the way through to the final walkthrough and move-in, Colin was fantastic. He’s…
We are so happy with our home we built with Tresido and cannot say enough good things about our experience. We want to sincerely express our appreciation to our project manager, Kyler Carson. My experience with Shiloh and Kyler with Tresidio Homes was fantastic. I received regular updates as construction progressed and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I love the house and I am very pleased with the overall experience!
Tresidio, specifically Amie, has been a dream to work with. She took care of everything from start to finish and gave me recommendations for everything and even covered some costs. I highly recommend and cannot praise them enough! Thank you, Tresidio and Amie!
Chance at Tresidio is great to work with! He’s super helpful and honestly strives to make the customer happy.
Beautiful home(s), great experience on pretty much every level.
From the very start with sales through construction the professional and supreme communication was over the top. The quality and keen attention to detail gave us a home that we have dreamed for. Tresidio is a top notch builder.
We absolutely love our new home in Lugarno Terra, built by Tresidio Homes. From the beginning, Eric provided us with valuable knowledge and insight into the model home, as well as his expertise regarding the development's specifications. Chandler’s guidance in designing the interior and exterior features to bring…
We just purchased a Tresidio home and are so impressed. The home is beautiful and well built. Ryan, our project manager, has been attentive and responsive to our every need. We highly recommend!
Colin Chaddick made this all possible! I had many custom upgrades,(which I loved being able to do with Tresidio!), and Colin was on top of all of it from the get go! I was very, very exact when it comes to what I wanted to build and Colin "nailed" it for me. Fantastic talent, done on time, super professional…
Ryan, the construction manager is excellent! He did everything he said he would do and then some! Highly recommend Tresidio homes and the entire staff! From the Realtor’s to the design center and the construction management!!!
Ryan our project manager has been awesome to work with. He’s been great on making our experience a great one and continues to be there for us.
Our journey to Meridian started 2 years ago. Looking at different properties. We finally found one we liked and reserved it with Tresidio's rep, Katie. After visiting the site and speaking with Katie, who educated us on building a home, we purchased the land and selected the house we wanted to build. We had made…
Working with Tresidio Homes has been a pleasure. Amie Everett was our 1st point of contact. She's absolutely the best relator we've ever worked with! Kind, considerate & willing to go the extra mile! Colin Chiddick is an example for every Project Manager out there....knowledgeable, friendly yet professional,…
Very well designed home with lots of extras not usually found with other builders. Recessed ceilings, fans, beams, wood flooring, insulated crawl space and more. And very well built. Sturdy. No problems so far. Been in 3 months. Perfect home with great resale value down the road. Would buy from them again.
Tresidio has been amazing to work with the several times I’ve represented clients purchasing a home. Cinnamon has always been a top tier agent through it all! The design studio and team behind the scenes at the office are always friendly and helpful, The project managers-like Tom Waters, are friendly, helpful and…
From walking into the model home until our closing (and even after), our experience with Tresidio has exceeded all expectations. Our team of Katie (sales), Colin (build) and Chandler (design) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful as they guided us through the process of building our home. Each…
We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
We bought our Presidio house in September 2025 and have been very happy with the finished product, quality of home, and customer service! There were a few issues that needed to be addressed under the warranty and Kyler got them resolved very quickly. The sub contractors they use are very professional, clean, and do…
We have had a great experience with Conner Everton with our new Tresidio home! He is always available and always responds quickly when we have questions.
The home is well built. Chance Koyle was assigned to us before we moved in and addressed minor issues we wanted taken care off. (Minor paint blemishes, small crack in the concrete, nothing major). He was reliable and did a great job of insuring our home was move in ready. He went above and beyond his…
Tresidio was amazing! Karl allowed us to semi custom our home. Being a builder myself, still traveling to Washington state for work, it would’ve been too much to build a house myself. Tresidio made it easy with an amazing team! Nadza was amazing as our designer, helped us in every aspect. Kyler was our…
Conner, Chandler and Jenny with Tresidio were fabulous. Seamless from start to finish and the final product is top notch! Highly recommend Tresidio to anyone looking for a new home in the Treasure Valley area!
Tresidio sets the standard for exceptional customer service. They strive to be the leading builder—and they truly deliver on that commitment. Having worked with Gari, I can’t say enough about the level of service I received for my home repairs. Gari was one of the most professional managers I have ever worked with.…

Ok, where do I start? As a Realtor in the valley who has worked with many builders, I am overly impressed with Tresidio Homes! The entire team from start to finish was incredible and I heard more than once my buyers commenting on how happy and impressed they were with the team and the construction of their amazing…
Overall it’s been a great experience from the design studio with Chandler to operations with Katie and construction phase with Cody. Chandler guided me through the 2 day design studio experience with many good options. Katie gave me the tour of available floor plans and Cody has been instrumental in making sure the…
The whole process was organized and Communication was excellent from start to finish. I wish I wish our previous builder had been as organized. Absolutely wonderful. Travis is a true professional, conscientious, very much into detail. Great communication with us, made our building without stress.
Very good builder. Staff is professional, diligent, and gave a positive attitude.
Tom Watters was assigned to our build and I cannot say enough about the service he provided. We were dealt with professionally, all questions were thoroughly answered, problems were dealt with promptly and the service didn't end when we moved into our new house. Tresidio homes and Tom Watters in particular made a…
We appreciate the followup that we requested from Scott & his employees. We are very happy with our new house.

He did the most thorough walk through to date, and was there even after the sale to answer any of our questions. We recommend Tresidio, and Scott, 1000%! Josh and Jeanne
We’ve had a great experience with Tresidio Homes. They employ a great design along with quality construction. Tom and his team were absolute professionals, delivering high quality work on time and under budget.
Recently completed and moved in and our experience was a stellar one. Tresidio moved mountains to ensure everything we wanted was in place and ready for us on move-in. The deal closed on time and was the best Christmas gift our family could have asked for. I’m super impressed with the entire team, the style of…
We were very happy with Tresidio Homes. They were very responsive sending pictures and reports every week of the construction and answered any questions that we had. They were on time and their quality was good. Tom and Joe were great to work with, even did some extra things we wanted done.
Provided that we weren't forced to build a home during a global pandemic I think the experience would have been a much better one but supply shortages, delays and almost constant changes to our original selections really put a dent in our overall experience with Tresidio. We felt like we had to make compromises with…
Tresidio has been amazing to work with! We are currently building our dream home and everyone from sales, to design, front office, and our PM has treated us like family. We are nearing completion of our build and I continue to be impressed with our project manager’s attention to detail, level of communication, and…
Sam Waters was our superintendent on the job. He has responded to every call and resolved the few issues that we have encountered. I strongly recommend Sam and Tresidio.
Tresidio Homes built our beautiful home in a new community. Sam was our project manager and he was nothing short of amazing. Since we were out of state, communication was key. Sam sent us photos and updates every week on what was accomplished that week and a brief summary of the upcoming week. When he ran into any…
Wonderful experience working with Scott at Tresidio Homes. He went above and beyond accommodating us with our new home
I have built many homes over the years and working with Scott Curtis the project manager of Tresidio has been the most smooth building process I have ever experience. He is very responsive to any concerns or needs threw the whole process, along with always a follow up of any needs to make sure his crew is on top of…
We purchased our home from out of state, without seeing a similar model home. We knew of Tresidio from previously living in the Treasure Valley. They have done an excellent job. Communication was excellent. Quality is very good and they have been very good to work with. Since we moved in, they have been very…
