Great experience working with Project Manager Sione with Tresido. He is proactive, friendly and his follow up is fantastic. Tresido builds a beautiful homes and provides excellent customer service.
Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Tresidio did a wonderful job our Project Manager Colin was great. He kept us informed weekly of the status of our build and answered our questions in a timely manner if not almost immediatly. Our agent Ami was also wonderful and very helpful guiding us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
We just moved into our new Tresidio home. Our project manager Kyler was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. He continues to check in and feels like family now! We truly recommend Tresidio homes.
We recently moved into our customized built Tresidio home and couldn’t be happier! After spending 6 months looking at over 15+ different builders and talking with almost 10 we came back to Tresidio after dismissing them the first time around. A floor plan that was very close to what we wanted that we didn’t see the…

Five stars isn't enough. Tresidio was amazing to work with when we decided to build a new home. Katie Schlangen sat down with us and helped us draw out our own additions to one of their predesigned plans. After just minutes with Katie, we were comfortable and optimistic. We were able to build an oversized garage and…
I’ll start off by saying I am a very detail-oriented person and have high expectations from a customer service standpoint; additionally, I used to be a licensed plumber both residential and commercial, so I have quite a bit of experience in the trades. I work 50-60 hours a week in the medical field now, and…

I have been a realtor for 11 years in the Treasure Valley and sold a number of Tresidio homes, this year I bought one for myself. Tresidio builds a great home, some of the best floor plans with quality finishes. If you can find one where Scott Curtis is the project manager, his work is awesome! Thanks Tresidio and Scott for our wonderful home!
Very professional team from the introduction to the completion. Would highly recommend Tresidio Homes for building your future home. Great staff at the design center. Many thanks to Kai our project manager who communicated with us every step of the way. We are very happy with our new build.
Recently completed and moved in and our experience was a stellar one. Tresidio moved mountains to ensure everything we wanted was in place and ready for us on move-in. The deal closed on time and was the best Christmas gift our family could have asked for. I’m super impressed with the entire team, the style of…
We were very happy with Tresidio Homes. They were very responsive sending pictures and reports every week of the construction and answered any questions that we had. They were on time and their quality was good. Tom and Joe were great to work with, even did some extra things we wanted done.
The Tresidio team is great-they treat their clients and trade partners with the utmost respect!
We recently moved into our new Tresidio home and can’t express enough how knowledgeable and professional the staff is. Our sales agent Eric Kulm went above and beyond from our first interaction by educating us on the many options, features and communities that Tresidio has to offer. He really listened to our goals…
Our new home was built by Tresidio Homes and our Project Manager was Tom Miller. Tom was absolutely fantastic to work with during the trying times of supply shortages and busy subcontractors. He treated our home as if it was his and worked tirelessly so the house was finished to our expectation. He is still…
As a first time home owner, I'm constantly thinking "what am I not doing that I should be doing to help my home?" and "what should I know about my home that I don't know?" Well upon closing, you get a big booklet on everything included in your home, who installed it, what maintenance you should be doing, etc. Scott…
Our realtor Jameson Shaw was the driving force behind our decision to buy a Tresidio home. His confidence in Tresidio Homes as a home builder made the decision easy. We were very impressed with everyone at Tresidio. Our Project Manager Tom Miller was great from the start of the build to the finish. Tom kept us…
We are currently residing in a home that was built by Tresidio Homes which provided the exact floor plan we wanted in a brand new subdivision. The home is definitely above average in its quality and details, and the home was also finished a few weeks earlier than we expected. We were very thankful that we had an…
Edited to share, 6 months since I wrote my review and they have not followed up with me as they indicated they would in their response. It has been nearly a year since I completed the closing survey and still no response from Tresidio on making the outlined concerns right. We signed our contract in November of 2020…

Tresidio did a great job in building our house. Our project manager, Kai was the best! He kept us informed throughout.
I’ve been fairly happy with this company but our last house definitely had lots of corners cut we would find zip ties holding light fixtures together and our current house the entire crawl space is still full of debris from the build also this company uses all side windows I would not recommend all side as we had to…
Tresidio built a home in Meridian for my wife and I in 2021. There were a few issues as can be expected with any home build. For us, the two main obstacles we hit were our stucco cracking in several spots and water not draining properly beneath the house. Tresidio helped us get all of these resolved and they were very pleasant to work with.
As a realtor I look to help my clients find the perfect home to meet their needs and attain their dream home. My clients were wanting a newer home that had a mother in law unit attached. The Palmetto plan was the perfect design for them. They were able to design this home to meet their specific needs and it turned…
Tresidio was a great company to work with while building and buying a home. The Project Manager, Tom Miller, was the best PM that you could ask to work for. All of our questions, concerns were answered in a quick time frame. After a private inspection was done, there were some issues with our home that needed to be…
