Kyler Carson was our supervisor and had excellent attention to detail. He also followed up and communicated promptly. Tresidio builds a nice home. Jenny Price was the realtor and provided excellent feedback and advice.
Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Our journey to Meridian started 2 years ago. Looking at different properties. We finally found one we liked and reserved it with Tresidio's rep, Katie. After visiting the site and speaking with Katie, who educated us on building a home, we purchased the land and selected the house we wanted to build. We had made…

We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
We had a great experience working with Tresidio Homes! From start to finish, the team was communicative, punctual, and professional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and easy to work with, and our project manager, Colin, was truly wonderful. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire…
Overall it’s been a great experience from the design studio with Chandler to operations with Katie and construction phase with Cody. Chandler guided me through the 2 day design studio experience with many good options. Katie gave me the tour of available floor plans and Cody has been instrumental in making sure the…

Tom Watters was assigned to our build and I cannot say enough about the service he provided. We have moved into our Tresidio home and love it. The process of building our home was a pleasure. Every Tresidio employee we worked with was excellent - Katie, Nadza and Sam. We were very happy with Tresidio Homes. They were very responsive sending pictures and reports every week of the construction and answered any questions that we had. They were on time and their quality was good. Tom and Joe were great to work with, even did some extra things we wanted done.
Tresidio Homes built our beautiful home in a new community. Sam was our project manager and he was nothing short of amazing. Since we were out of state, communication was key. Sam sent us photos and updates every week on what was accomplished that week and a brief summary of the upcoming week. When he ran into any…

After looking at many builders we chose Tresidio Homes to build our home in Eagle. Living out of state while our home was being built was a concern, however, that concern did not last long. Everyone we had contact with at Tresidio was terrific. The design center has so many beautiful samples of things to select…
Finding a perfect forever home can be a stressful process. We are so thrilled our amazing realtor, Michelle Pennick, connected us with the terrific folks at Tresidio Builders. We built our home with Tresidio Homes in Summit Ridge Subdivision - moved in March 2021. From dirt to move in we’ve had an excellent experience. I never thought I'd get to custom build my dream home, but Tresidio made it happen! There were a few hiccups with our construction specialist, but overall, Tresidio was very accommodating in helping to make one of their floorplans flow and function the way we wanted it to. The design process was fun and exciting and…
Tresidio built our new home in Star in the Lakepoint Development. We were coming to Idaho from out of state and working with Carl, Joe and their teams/subs was a very nice experience. The workmanship and fit was well done and delivered on time. We love the house!
Tresidio built our new home. It was the best experience ever. Every person involved in the process was extremely kind and helpful. A HUGE thank you to the entire Tresidio team from the drafters, to selections, to the super, the project managers, listing team, and everyone involved. As agents in the community who do a lot of new construction for our clients, this by far has been the most seamless build we have ever been a part of. Each staff…
