Great experience working with Project Manager Sione with Tresido. He is proactive, friendly and his follow up is fantastic. Tresido builds a beautiful homes and provides excellent customer service.
I closed on my second purchase with Tresidio Homes and had another great experience. The project manager (Tom Waters) was the best and most responsive PM I’ve worked with! Would highly recommend building with them if you’re considering
Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the…
Tresidio did a wonderful job our Project Manager Colin was great. He kept us informed weekly of the status of our build and answered our questions in a timely manner if not almost immediatly. Our agent Ami was also wonderful and very helpful guiding us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone.
I was looking for a single story home and my Agent (Brittany Mitko-with Keller Williams City of Trees) helped me find the Lugarno Terra subdivision (one of the only subs that would allow 3 dogs-a must). The “Lilac” plan was perfect for me. The house was about a month out from being completed. I met SIONE HE- the…
We have enjoyed working with Ryan on our new home. He is knowledgeable and has followed up on everything he said he would do, to get things ready for our move in. And he got it done on time.
From the very start with sales through construction the professional and supreme communication was over the top. The quality and keen attention to detail gave us a home that we have dreamed for. Tresidio is a top notch builder.
My wife and I recently bought a new Tresidio home in the Valor community in Kuna. We have been very pleased with Tresidio. We worked with Eric Kulm (Sales Consultant) to decide the home we wanted to purchase. He was very accommodating and informative, he made the purchase process so easy. After purchasing our new…
Working with Tresidio Homes has been a pleasure. Amie Everett was our 1st point of contact. She's absolutely the best relator we've ever worked with! Kind, considerate & willing to go the extra mile! Colin Chiddick is an example for every Project Manager out there....knowledgeable, friendly yet professional,…
We worked with Seth Jones and felt totally heard and cared for. At each step of the way, Seth was there to answer questions, meet with us and offer suggestions in order for us to get what we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results and are excited to move in soon and call it our own.
The home is well built. Chance Koyle was assigned to us before we moved in and addressed minor issues we wanted taken care off. (Minor paint blemishes, small crack in the concrete, nothing major). He was reliable and did a great job of insuring our home was move in ready. He went above and beyond his…
We recently moved into our customized built Tresidio home and couldn’t be happier! After spending 6 months looking at over 15+ different builders and talking with almost 10 we came back to Tresidio after dismissing them the first time around. A floor plan that was very close to what we wanted that we didn’t see the…
Our Tresido home is a high quality home. The person who made it go so smoothly was Chance. He went above and beyond in handling things.
We had a great experience working with Tresidio Homes! From start to finish, the team was communicative, punctual, and professional. It’s usually difficult to write a review on something so new but wanted to express my appreciation for the walk through orientation with Chance for my new home. I moved here two weeks ago from Nevada and my walk through experience here was dramatically different from my experience in Nevada, in a positive way.…
I’m very pleased with the final outcome of my home built by Tresiedio Homes. The craftsmanship and quality of work from the subcontractors were excellent. But what truly stood out was my experience working with my project manager, Chance. Chance was phenomenal throughout the entire process. He consistently…
Overall it’s been a great experience from the design studio with Chandler to operations with Katie and construction phase with Cody. Recently completed and moved in and our experience was a stellar one. Tresidio moved mountains to ensure everything we wanted was in place and ready for us on move-in. We were very happy with Tresidio Homes. They were very responsive sending pictures and reports every week of the construction and answered any questions that we had. They were on time and their quality was good. Tom and Joe were great to work with, even did some extra things we wanted done.
My wife and I have lived in our home for just over 10 Months now and this review is overdue. All during the construction process we received weekly updates from our outstanding project manager Tom Waters. We truly were familiar with the home before we even lived in it. Tom did a great job of keeping us…
The Tresidio team is great-they treat their clients and trade partners with the utmost respect!
Provided that we weren't forced to build a home during a global pandemic I think the experience would have been a much better one but supply shortages, delays and almost constant changes to our original selections really put a dent in our overall experience with Tresidio. We felt like we had to make compromises with…
Our new semi custom home was built by Tresidio Homes and our project manager was Tom Miller. Tom was a calming force during the frustration of working through the issues of supply change shortages and busy sub contractors. He treated our building project as if it was his own home. Highly recommend Tresidio Homes and Tom Miller as the project manager.
Our new home was built by Tresidio Homes and our Project Manager was Tom Miller. Tom was absolutely fantastic to work with during the trying times of supply shortages and busy subcontractors. He treated our home as if it was his and worked tirelessly so the house was finished to our expectation. He is still…
As a first time home owner, I'm constantly thinking "what am I not doing that I should be doing to help my home?" and "what should I know about my home that I don't know?" Well upon closing, you get a big booklet on everything included in your home, who installed it, what maintenance you should be doing, etc. Scott…
We are currently residing in a home that was built by Tresidio Homes which provided the exact floor plan we wanted in a brand new subdivision. The home is definitely above average in its quality and details, and the home was also finished a few weeks earlier than we expected. We were very thankful that we had an…
Edited to share, 6 months since I wrote my review and they have not followed up with me as they indicated they would in their response. It has been nearly a year since I completed the closing survey and still no response from Tresidio on making the outlined concerns right. We signed our contract in November of 2020…

Tresidio was a great company to work with while building and buying a home. The Project Manager, Tom Miller, was the best PM that you could ask to work for. We had a great experience from design studio to move in. In the design studio, Nazda helped guide us through selections and made the process fun and easy. From there, our project manager, Scott Curtis, had great communication and helped us throughout the build to make sure we got the perfect home. Thank you to everyone at Tresidio.
After looking at many builders we chose Tresidio Homes to build our home in Eagle. Living out of state while our home was being built was a concern, however, that concern did not last long. Everyone we had contact with at Tresidio was terrific. The design center has so many beautiful samples of things to select…

We built our home with Tresidio Homes in Summit Ridge Subdivision - moved in March 2021. From dirt to move in we’ve had an excellent experience. Not only did we choose a beautiful community but are fortunate to have Tresidio be our builder of choice. We built the Birkdale model, which for us needed minimal…
I never thought I'd get to custom build my dream home, but Tresidio made it happen! The design process was fun and exciting and…

Tresidio built our new home in Star in the Lakepoint Development. We were coming to Idaho from out of state and working with Carl, Joe and their teams/subs was a very nice experience. The workmanship and fit was well done and delivered on time. We love the house!
