Very impressed with my experience at Tri City Auto And Brake. I was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly and Trevor was very good at explaining each issue and very respectful of my final decisions. They have a wonderful texting system that keeps you very well informed and all details crystal clear.

Had rear brakes replaced at Tri City Auto & Brake last week. I was very pleased with the service and price. They also found a problem with my suspension bars. They repaired also. Trevor was very pleasant and kept me informed of process. I will definitely use their service again if needed.

Took my car there to have the breaks looked at thinking they needed pads and the owner told me they still looked great and had 60% life and didn’t charge me for having them looked at. If your looking for an honest place , this is the one !

Amazing friendly service! I was greeted by phone very nicely, they beat another company's quote by over $200, and did all 4 brakes AND an oil change in less than two hours. Incredible people and wonderful business. Thank you so much!

New owner called me directly, took responsibility for a bad experience and apologized . Obviously cares about reputation and service. Will give them another chance and update the review at that time
