Awesome service
Was able to get my vehicle in quickly and replaced muffler within a few hours. Pleasant staff.
They help me out and took care of me. I will go back for any work I need done.
Trevor Dubay and his Tech, Michael Walker were very courteous and resolved my repair in a timely fashion. I plan on returning to Tri-City Auto & Brake for changing out my three belts that are due to being replaced. I was referred to their shop by a relative who was satisfied with the service she received. It's…
Very happy with the customer service and mechanical work.
Had two exhaust manifolds replaced, had brake work, oil change and axle seal done. Great service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Really pleased with my service. They were able to get me with in a few days of me calling. I really like the app that they use to send you pictures of your car and for you to approve the work. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they honor veterans with a discount. Will be back. Thank you!
Exhaust system was dragging. Repair was both quicker and cheaper than I expected. Good service as usual.
Trevor was awesome, they put my car on the hoist and gave me the cost of the break job. He said if I brought it in to do the break job, the $25 fee for inspection would be deducted from the cost of the job. I have an appointment for Wednesday. Great people here.
Excellent service, polite and pleasant staff. Took my wife’s car in off a recommendation from a friend. Needed exhaust work due to a broken bracket that took part of the flex tube with it. I called them, and they had availability for me to take the vehicle in same day. The work was clearly described using their text…
They got me in really quick and did an excellent job at a low cost. Highly recommended!
excellent experience and in depth explanation on service options
A few months ago I had issues with my car and Tri City Auto was suggested to me and they did an EXCELLENT job and were so friendly and quick. So last night when something was off on my car again, I went straight to Tri City when they opened and they got me right in and took care of me once again. I HIGHLY recommend,…
Great Friendly Service! Jason was friendly and communicative with what needed to be done. Mike and Quinton made the time waiting go by fast between talking about TV shows or trips they had taken. I had to wait 2 hours but it certainly only seemed like 30min. Great group to talk to and do business with. Highly Recommend!
No comparison to other businesses. Randy and Mark are the very best in our area.... They are professional, curteous, knowledgeable AND HONEST". 50 STARS!!!!!!!
Was in a pinch on Friday at 330p (they close at 5p} when my exhaust fell off. I asked them and told them my situation. At first they said maybe but said they would at least look at it. $50 for a weld I was back in business. Extremely helpful and friendly and honest.
Had two different cars serviced at Tri City Brake and Muffler recently. Fair prices; super affable technicians; quality work done in a timely manner etc. What more do you want?
Went there on 4/12/2022 for a loud exhaust. Knew I had a hole in my mesh coupling in the exhaust run. Needed to be cut out and replaced which could only be done via welding. This shop diagnosed, and did the work on the spot and had me out in less than 1 hour with a new coupling and welds complete. Bill was under…
Went to Tri-City Brake and Muffler today apon the suggestion of Gregg from euclid auto while locating a muffler tip and someone to weld my 83' xv920 virago motorcycle exhaust and muffler together. Met a man named Mark, very helpful said come back in around 1pm, 3pm or leave it here and we can call. I declined only…
