Paul was nice to talk to but I would not recommend if you’re in a rush or you need tires replaced. It took the entire day. He did tell us a time which we knew was late, but even after showing up it took over 2 hours. They did not replace the valve stems. Weeks later we found the tire was not seated properly and leaked very quickly when the weather changed plus we had a heavier load than usual. New tires should not do this and it has to do with the poor seal with the rim - which was not checked (or at least not mentioned). We should have had a legitimate shop take care of this and that’s what we’ll do in the future, even if it means getting towed to one. I also see they checked every Identifies-as-woman-owned, Black-owned, Indigenous-owned, LGBTQ-owned” etc box on GMaps which is disingenuous.

Hi Laura, we take customer concerns seriously, so we carefully reviewed our service records. Although your post clearly references Tri Star Mobile Tire Service, we are unable to locate any customer or recent appointment under the name Laura Park that matches the service described in this review. We are also concerned about the mechanical details mentioned. Our mobile tire trucks perform the entire installation on-site, including mounting, balancing, inspecting the valve stems, seating the tire beads, inflating the tires, and confirming that each tire is properly holding air before the vehicle is returned to the customer. If the valve stems were leaking and the tire beads were not properly sealed as described, the tires would not have maintained proper air pressure, and we would not have been able to complete and release the vehicle as a finished installation. A typical four-tire installation generally takes approximately 90 minutes and, depending on the vehicle and circumstances, may take close to two hours. We have been unable to identify any recent job matching the extended service time, mechanical issues, or customer complaint described here. Your review also includes comments unrelated to any specific tire service or transaction with our company. We would prefer to keep the discussion focused on an actual customer experience that we can identify, investigate, and address. If you received service directly from Tri Star Mobile Tire Service, please provide the service date, vehicle information, phone number used to book the appointment, or invoice number. Thank you for your feedback, Bishop. We do exist, but unlike a traditional tire shop, Tri Star Mobile Tire Service is a mobile-only tire service. We do not have a storefront for customers to visit. Instead, we bring tire sales, tire repairs, replacements, and emergency roadside assistance directly to our customers’ homes, workplaces, or roadside locations. Our Google Business Profile and website clearly state that we are a mobile tire service that comes to you. We apologize for any confusion and understand the frustration of driving to a location expecting a walk-in shop.
