Mark was on time, neat, friendly & very professional. He listened to me, made a thorough walk around the perimeter & then went into our crawl space to see where the infestation was located. He found several openings that were most likely how the mice gained access. He quoted me for the job as requested. He is an excellent representative for the company.
Jay and Jose were excellent! They were on time, and finished earlier than expected! They did a great job, and walked me through everything they did. Not afraid to let me inspect things. They took pride in their work and also went the extra mile. Very courteous, and we had a fantastic nostalgic conversation…
Mark was very professional, conducted a thorough inspection, provided recommendations to help isolate the problem. Would certainly use them again.
Excellent advice and helpful. Will use again.
I needed to find out where the bad smell was coming from for dead rodent under the house. I made an appointment for 1 to 3pm. Mark called prior and texted me he was the way. I like how they text with a picture, so I knew who was coming to the house. That was very nice touch. He was on time and very professional.…

This was our first time using Pacific Air. They are awesome to work with. Technician Juan was very professional, respectful and followed CDC guidelines during his visit to our home. Jay showed up on time, was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing beforehand, and in what he found afterwards. Swift results!
The 3 technicians that I worked with (Juan, Jake and Jay) were great… knowledgeable, articulate, respectful and professional. I had a failing furnace which I ended up replacing. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, presented different options and explained the pros and cons of each choice Based on my experience I highly recommend Pacific Air.
Could not recommend PacificAir more strongly. Jacob and his team led by Kilmer including Robin, Jesus, and Nico could have not been more capable, efficient, and customer friendly. They were proactively communicative. Unlike most, I NEVER had to call them to confirm appointments or job details. They did everything…
Sam came to inspect my problem under the house. He was masked and professional. He did a thorough job, took pictures of my problems and walked me through where the entry points are. He explained how they would clean, disinfect and close up the holes. He made me feel at ease. He was not pushy and he seemed trustworthy.
In need of attic and air duct renovation Pacific Air USA was there for me from the start. Competitive pricing, worked with my schedule, fantastic work crew. Sam was extremely professional in his HVAC inspection process. He diligently looked at the components of my heater and provided his expert opinion. I appreciate him being meticulous with his process. I would recommend this company.
Sam (or Sami as goes by) from PacificAir performed an insulation inspection at our home and gave us very good insights on better and eco-friendly insulation for our home. Sam is highly technical, friendly and a thorough professional - his report was self explanatory for a common person, yet to the point. We look…
Will say that I knew right away this was a professional group from my initial meeting with Sam during inspection. I told him exactly what I was looking to do and he gave me the options without the pushy sales approach. Mark Trimbell was the inspector who came on time at short notice. He was one of the kindest people I met. He was very honest and transparent. Our inspector Mark was punctual and professional. He pointed out what I would need, and explain to me the best practices for the repairs I had requested. He managed to turn the project around and three days, and even called me after it was scheduled to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company!
Adrian & Hilder arrived right on time and did a thorough job cleaning and servicing our system that hasn't been looked at in over 5 years. Adrian was very helpful in explaining every thing before they did the work and reviewing it after. Thanks guys!
Had 3 folks from Pacific Air over my place so far. Michael, Vince and Sam. All very professional, pleasant, top notch. Honest company. They won’t do work that’s not necessary or cheaper to do another way, unless you insist they do it.
The inspector, Eilon M, did the attic inspection for insulation replacement and rodent prevention on my home. He has very professional manner, answers all questions related to the job and follows up with a written report within few hours.
