Angel did a great job of assessing the situation with regard to duct-cleaning. He asked the right questions, then checked the crawlspace and found asbestos. (Prior to that, another vendor inspected the system and wanted to start immediately, which would have been dangerous and possibly illegal.) Angel’s a pro with a personality to match.
These guys are an all in one full service company for HVAC and plumbing, so you can rest assured that the entire project will be completed professionally and thoroughly. My son and I would take off as they worked and updated us on the project. I now have air conditioning during the hottest time of the year. Each…
Anthony Dunning sat with me and went through all my options when my air conditioning broke during 90+ temps this July. He was clear, professional and worked with me to fill out a rebate. I recommend him as a guide to help you if you have a very old outdated system that needs updating.
I’ve used trio for some maintenance and small repairs on my AC and furnace. They are professional, organized, on time, and charge fair prices. Can’t ask for much more.

Called Trio for a new project to fix some ripped ductwork in the crawlspace. They were very responsive and Louie and Fajardo came to the house right away and did a great job restoring airflow to the downstairs. This is the 3rd project I've called on Trio tackle and I am constantly surprised and please with how…
The two technicians were friendly and responsible and did a great job cleaning our ducts! They also alerted me to a broken duct and sealed all of our other ones. Our system is so quiet now :) We had gotten new registers since many of our old ones were broken and they installed all the new ones and everything looks great!
August 2023: we just had PacificAir return to do a big job at our home. We have an older home and moved the heating unit from a hall closet up to the attic and all vents moved from the floor to the ceiling. The team did an incredible job. Aside from the weather being one of the hottest weeks of the year with…

Jay and Jose were excellent! They were on time, and finished earlier than expected! They did a great job, and walked me through everything they did. Not afraid to let me inspect things. Great service! Fast, efficient and thorough. Kept us up to date on what they were doing and how long it would take. Will definitely use them again.
Sam had an opening so he let me know and we agreed he would come early. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He gave me an honest evaluation and, since he was inspecting the ducts, which appeared to be fine, referred me to a troubleshooting technician, who contacted me within an hour. Pacific Air also did a…

Excellent appointment with Mark! I was late due to a communciation-gap, but Mark was very gracious and professional. His survey of my home was very thorough and informational. I look forward to future follow-ups and would definitely recommend Pacific Air to friends, family.
Eilon came and was professional, thorough and honest. He concluded that our current ducting and attic space were too complicated to make conventional AC financially viable. He instead outlined several other options for ac and making our current system more efficient. We decided to go with Pacific Air and their…
Update: After initially rating PacificAir with 4 stars based on the mostly excellent service with a minor execution issue as described below, the original estimator called me to discuss the issues and offered to come back to the house. He told me the office was all a buzz about my review, because it was less than…
Had 3 folks from Pacific Air over my place so far. Michael, Vince and Sam. All very professional, pleasant, top notch. Honest company. They won’t do work that’s not necessary or cheaper to do another way, unless you insist they do it.
I found Pacific Air through Thumbtack! They were quick to respond, gave me a thorough estimate for our issues (I especially appreciated all the pictures they took and the time they spent explaining everything). Mark T’s total professionalism is what sold me on signing the contract with Pacific Air to replace my attic rodent infested insulation on just one meeting. He followed up with frequent updates and professional advice. The company’s communication system works very well too. There has been no moment when I was left…
Sam is informative. The inspection was thorough. We have an future appointment for the remaining work. I was given an estimate same day before he left. I understood exactly what needed to be done. I will update my review as we go.

Excellent workers!!
The technician arrived early and worked nonstop. Very courteous. We are working from home so having the technician take care with noise and limiting interruption was so important. I never saw him take even a moment break in a hard 3 hours of work. Awesome.
Samuel was super helpful, spending time to try to identify the problem with dryer duct. It’s a complicated issue and now we know how to go about fixing what’s wrong.
Vince from Pacific Air was professional and very informative, mindful of the property, and provided a great fast service. Thank you!!
