TRIO HAP has been wonderful in helping me resolve a blown transformer in my furnace. Even though TRIO is not a reseller of AirTemp furnaces, they worked with me to replace a transformer that was still under warranty. It turned out the transformer blew because a rat chewed through my wires. The TRIO tech, Mirko, came…
Highly recommend Mriko for any HVAC repairs! My AC was experiencing short-cycling issues, and Mriko arrived quickly to conduct a thorough inspection. He is extremely honest—no hidden fees or pushy upselling for unnecessary deep cleaning services. He accurately diagnosed that it was simply a bad capacitor, replaced…
I let their team at the mountain view art and Wine Festival. Very informative and friendly people. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

These guys are an all in one full service company for HVAC and plumbing, so you can rest assured that the entire project will be completed professionally and thoroughly. Anthony Dunning sat with me and went through all my options when my air conditioning broke during 90+ temps this July. He was clear, professional and worked with me to fill out a rebate. I recommend him as a guide to help you if you have a very old outdated system that needs updating.
Prompt, professional, respectful service. Highly recommended.

Very professional and knowledgeable
Edwin and his coworker came to my house on Christmas Eve to fix the heat on my HVAC unit which is located on the roof. They both did an amazing job replacing parts on the HVAC. Edwin was very professional and friendly. I appreciated that they came out on a holiday. I was really happy with the work that they completed.
The technician showed up at the beginning of the time window, and was very efficient and polite. Going through the customer service phone line isn’t as streamlined as one might wish for. They take the information and send it on, but it sometimes took longer than I would want considering I told them it was urgent.…
We discovered on our first cold day of the season that our furnace wouldn’t turn on. TRIO was recommended by my sister-in-law and so we reached out right away and thankfully they could come the very next morning. Edwin Naranjo was our technician and he was very clear in his explanation that our zone control board…

Jay did Great job troubleshooting the HVAC system. It was all fine until it suddenly stopped working. He spent a considerable amount of time to finally find the issue.
I highly recommend Trio... They did a great job with my wall heater, lighting and making sure there is no carbon monoxide leak, showed up on time, very reasonable rates... I couldn't be happier!

Our electrician did a great job. Very happy to have our AC back. Very fast service and everything was explained well.
Mirko from Trio Heating and Air came in and inspected our very old heater. He magically fixed the problem and saved us thousands of dollars! Highly recommended!
I’m embarrassed to admit that we hadn't had our HVAC system inspected for several years. I google searched local HVAC companies and came across Trio. I was impressed by all the high ratings so decided to give them a shot. They were able to schedule me the very next day. Ryan arrived and was very courteous and…
Mirko fixed our a/c. He did a good job explaining the problem, outlining the repair options and explaining about the need for regular maintenance. The repair was done quickly as he had all the parts. Mirko was kind enough to speak a family member who is an engineer so that we could select the best option for repair.
Edwin was really excellent professional, works in the detail inspection list, and explains things in very clear manner so I understand the issue with my unit. He gave very good list recommendation as well. Thank you so much for fantastic work!!!

Called Trio for a new project to fix some ripped ductwork in the crawlspace. They were very responsive and Louie and Fajardo came to the house right away and did a great job restoring airflow to the downstairs. This is the 3rd project I've called on Trio tackle and I am constantly surprised and please with how…
Great service call! Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
At the beginning of the week I did not expect to need duct repairs. I recently had a water leak repaired and found out on Tuesday that my air ducts were damaged. I contacted Trio Heating & Air and Thomas Vo promptly came out and gave me an estimate. The work was completed by Friday. Other companies were telling me…
Francisco and Mike came by to diagnose my broken furnace. They took their time to pinpoint the root cause and then explained what was wrong while showing me the parts in question. And they gave me several options for how best to move forward. In short they embodied the trifecta of old-school service: personable,…
