Triple D's Cleaning Services

Jeffrey Shields was very professional and friendly. I appreciated his concern for the high traffic areas in the home. I will definitely be calling Triple Ds again! ...and my carpets look great!!!! Highly recommend this service and Jeffrey!

This company is horrible or let me say the technician that came out to my home was horrible. I requested carpet cleaning throughout my home! The technician who came was very unprofessional and appeared very disheveled. He came with his boxers hanging out of his pants and had the attitude to match. He left my rugs… Read full review

Jeffrey arrived on time, worked quickly getting everything ready, yet took the time to do a good job. He cleaned three carpets and a couch and was a very nice young man and a hard worker. I would use him again!

Jeffrey was professional and very thorough . He explained the process and was hard working

He did an amazing job! The floors are cleaned perfectly and it smell so good!!

Technician was very professional And did a very good job

Very pleased with our service. Our couch had especially tough stains and it looks almost brand-new after cleaning. Not to mention how good the carpets and rugs look.

Experience was horrible. The first the guy came he only spent 13 minutes on cleaning 3 rooms in a large house and left the steps and hallway unfinished. I called to make them comeback since they didn’t want to give me a refund and the same guy had an attitude and wouldn’t help the other guy. Never using this place… Read full review

Awesome company, very professional staff would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Triple D did an amazing job on the carpets in my home. Mr. Thomas was a true professional and worked extremely hard on my carpets.

I got the carpet cleaning and a deep cleaning of a recently purchased house. We hadn't moved in furniture yet, so they had access to everything. The carpet cleaning was fine, i understood there was only so much that could be done with a 7 year old carpet. The issue was the kitchen. The oven is still filthy, and i… Read full review

Absolutely amazing experience. Needed just a general carpet cleaning done on my apartment and I was unable to be at the appointment. Thomas came and cleaned it and left a receipt that I paid ahead of time. I didn’t stay in my apartment for the next couple days since the carpet was damp so I wanted a chance to let it… Read full review

We are very happy with the results from Triple D's Carpet Cleaning!

The technician was nice and did a marvelous job!! The cleaning tech did good but could have been better… I had to go behind and wipe down window sills… also appliances in the kitchen … she didn’t move things to dust so she did around them… over all the house is clean… the carpets had spots that didn’t come up but… Read full review

Corey did an amazing job on my living room carpets!! Looks brand new! Highly recommend !!

They were very reasonable in price and the two gentlemen were very professional. Would recommend their service to anyone.

As always, very professional, hardworking and courteous. Carpets look immaculate brand new. Mr. Quinten is the best.

Some of the stains did not come out and it took three full days for the carpet to dry and in some places longer. we kept the furnace between 72 and 75 with the overhead fans on which is ridiculously hot. Nice people and the price is right so you decide

Quinten Adams did a phenomenal job on my 5 areas! I received outstanding quality for the amount charged by Triple D’s. The technician was friendly, respectful, and very thorough. I’m well pleased and highly recommend Triple D’s. Be sure to ask for the carpet technician Quinten Adams, his customer service was superior!

Wonderful experience very professional on time and he did an amazing job

My roommate’s large dog tracked and embedded poop throughout the carpet and one of our upholstered couches. I was embarrassed and stressed out, not knowing exactly how to clean these areas without making it worse for myself. Triple D’s responded quickly, and assured me they could handle the job. Very soon after I… Read full review

Operator was friendly he work hard … my carpets are soaked tho I’ve had my carpets cleaned plenty of times and they’ve never been soaking wet they’ve always came out damp and would dry in a few hours … in this situation I’m worried about water damage to my floor.

Great experience and very friendly service. Quality work! Thank you

Extremely satisfied with Triple D's, they were professional and are down right good at their jobs. Very knowledgeable about Their work and very efficient. I will definitely be using triple D's Carpet Cleaning in the future.

Quinten was awesome. We had years worth of dirt, pet hair, pet stains, and grime on carpet. Didn’t rush the job. Stayed with it until everything came out. Would not hesitate to use again. HIGHLY Recommend.

An overall excellent experience...prompt, courteous, professional, and excellent customer service. This is not your typical sling some warm water on the carpet and vacuum it up service. They pre-treat, scrub/clean the carpet, then steam clean. The results were excellent. All dirt and stains gone and it smells so… Read full review
