Experience was horrible. The first the guy came he only spent 13 minutes on cleaning 3 rooms in a large house and left the steps and hallway unfinished. The technician, Carlton came in and did a fantastic job! He was thorough, and he was even able to remove stains from the carpet that were there when we first moved in!
