Everyone at True North Spa has been fantastic! I always call when I need some relief from back spasms. They are always accommodating. Every therapist I have been to so far is phenomenal! The services offered by Casey (Barefoot Hippie Alchemy Co) are also phenomenal!

I was disappointed in my experience, personally. It started well with being early, she was ready and we began earlier than scheduled time. We didn’t discuss pressure, which I love pressure. Throughout the massage it just felt like being rubbed down with lotion. She was really sweet and great personality just was not what I was expecting for cost.

They got us in a bit last minute for a couples massage, our first time, and it was really nice! She worked a lot of the tension out of my shoulders/neck, arms and legs, and even had some jaw experience. My husband said his massage could have had a higher pressure level but didn't tell her that so I told him he should have said so, he said it was still nice
