I’ve hired True Plumbing twice now and had exceptional experiences both times. Really appreciated their transparency both times in regards to what repairs are a “must Have” versus “recommendations”. Good communication- Atlanta traffic can be the worst! They informed me of the problem, the approximate cost to repair and the level of urgency. Joe was very prompt and detailed in our home leak needs. We had several areas of concern around fixtures, water pressure, and a potential large water issue. He was patient and knowledgeable about the issues he observed.

Max was excellent. Very thorough and identified the source of both leaks. Fixed them both and managed to save the shower handle which saved me $$$.
