Caylee did an amazing job making sure we were ready for our wedding with the partial planning package and monthly meetings starting six months out, so that we got to know each other and she knew what our overall vision was to work towards. The vendor recommendations that they had were helpful as well as the experience they had at our venue. Caylee helped us stay on track and remember to do things I would not have thought of. She made the process as stress-free as possible and had great availability and communication with both us and our other vendor teams, to the point that some commented how happy they also were to work with her. She made our day go by so smoothly to ensure that we got hitched without a hitch. I truly did not have to worry about small details during the wedding day and could instead focus on making memories and having fun. She went above and beyond before, during, and even after the wedding. Would highly recommend Caylee and True Love Coordinating and Design!

We began working with True Love, Keasha and her team, in August 2025 for my daughter's August 2026 wedding. I (mother of the bride) am based in Tulsa, while the bride (my daughter) is based in KC. We needed a planner to guide us through choreographing a wedding in KC as we were not familiar with venues or vendors. From the get go Keasha - always considering our budget - guided us through the timeline to book vendors and introduced us to the very best KC has to offer. We had monthly meetings so that we always knew what would happen next, or what still needed to be chosen/booked. Keasha was very responsive to our (many) random questions over the year, and kept meticulous notes about our discussions/decisions. Every single detail was attended to. My daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful and many guests have commented on what a great night it was; so much fun and so beautiful. Throughout this process Keasha ALWAYS had a smile on her face. Not only is she an insanely good planner, but she is kind and cool. It seems cliche', but we couldn't have pulled this off without her and wouldn't have wanted to. My daughter and her (now) husband, as well as the mothers and families on both sides, got to enjoy the wedding day without worrying about the MILLIONS of details that have to be attended to behind the scenes. The evening before and day of flowed absolutely perfectly. The very best decision we made in the wedding planning was to hire Keasha. We adore her.

Keasha was our day of coordinator for our April 2026 wedding, but really she was alongside us for most of our 12 months of wedding planning! From our first meeting, Keasha was so friendly and I always felt like I could reach out to her with any questions I had about planning. It was so helpful to have a pro right alongside me as I figured out the details of wedding planning.
Don’t get me started on the day of! I would consider myself pretty type A and love being in control of the details, and on one of the most special days of my life I was so grateful to have Keasha coordinating everything so I could truly be in the moment and enjoy the day with my husband, friends and family. I had zero stress about the day and everything was set up exactly like I envisioned. Anything we needed, was already taken care of before we could even think about it. I cannot recommend her enough and will forever be so grateful for all of her work leading up to and on our wedding day!

We hired Keasha as our day-of coordinator for our June 7th wedding, and honestly, I only wish we had the budget to hire her for partial planning. If that's within your budget, do it...you won't regret it.
From the very beginning, Keasha went far above and beyond what I expected from a day-of coordinator. She was always responsive to emails and texts, answered every question I had, and checked in regularly throughout the planning process. She helped coordinate vendors, kept us on track, and made us feel supported every step of the way.
On wedding day, I had zero worries because I knew Keasha and her team had everything under control. They handled setup of all my decor exactly as I envisioned, coordinated the entire day seamlessly, ran our rehearsal, and took care of breakdown at the end of the night. I NEVER had to think about logistics day-of, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. It was such a relief.
The entire day ran so smoothly because of Keasha and her team. They were organized, professional, calm, and truly invested in making our wedding perfect.
I cannot recommend True Love Coordinating highly enough. Keasha was the best investment we made for our wedding, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her process. THANK YOU KEASHA!
