We have used them for over a year now and we still have weeds and our yard looks horrible. We came from TN and our yard was beautiful and we had a beautiful yard. Of course we used a different company. We even paid less money. Do not recommend TrueGreen. They do not communicate well with you and or staff when you…
Excellent service
Excellent service by maintenance person.
My provider was friendly, respectful, and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. He explained to me what he was doing, why it was necessary to help make my yard except the treatment so it would be easier to grow grass and flowers.
Very good

Dalton was very professional snd helped me move a trampoline so he can do his job to perfection.
Technician was responsive to our requests. Pleasant person.

When I eed to talk to talk to a technician, they're not local or WV residents and some, I can't understand their "English!"
After speaking with a national rep who tried to pressure me into various plans, I called a local representative from Teays Valley. Rachel was helpful, friendly, and did not pressure me into any particular plan. Thank you, Rachel. Your professional skills means that I will stay with TruGreen versus moving on to another lawn care service in the area.
Everything! You turned my lawn from a neighborhood laughing stock to the one all my neighbors want. I took time as all things do but well worth it
