Reggie is always on time and professional.
My lawn is picture perfect!
My TruGreen specialist went to work immediately and once I returned home, continued to work continuously until completion. He spoke to me afterwards and explained the treatment he had done and expectations from this. He was very knowledgeable about a variety of grasses. He was also professional, easy to talk to, and courteous.
I had a good very good experience 👍 with Donald. He thought my grass looked really good and I told him it is because I have Tru Green!!! He told me some of it would turn a little brown but be fine in the spring. He was (is) very nice. Shirley George
Ryan is my TruGreen lawn consultant and he is awesome. Our lawn is a lush deep green and is thick. Ryan and Eric have provided fantastic advice on aeration, seeding and just the right amount of fertilizer with the perfect timing. Because of their counsel, we have a beautiful and healthy lawn. Thanks Ryan and…
Our technician, Donald, is wonderful! He’s very knowledgeable about our services and is always very kind and courteous of our home and lawn! TruGreen is lucky to have him and we are always ready to recommend this company for the best looking lawn around!
Excellent service everytime!!
Austin was courteous and professional. He came and talked to me after he finished and explained all he did and asked if I had any questions.
TruGreen does an excellent job and the technicians are great! My lawn has never looked better!!!!
Donald is great!!! Very knowledgeable in advising what to do about my lawn
Couldn't be happier. They have done a great job.
I had TruGreen come and fertilize and do weed control. Stanley was the technician and he answered questions I had about growing grass and keeping it alive. I’ve struggled with planting grass, and keeping it alive for a couple of months. It usually dies within a month or two. He said I have to have heat resistant…
James Santrock does an outstanding job. I’ve noticed he stops several times while fertilizing the lawn to spray for weeds. He’s very observant, while operating the equipment to notice how your lawn is doing and let’s you know what procedures are needed.Has been able to answer all questions I have pertaining to the…
My provider was friendly, respectful, and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. He explained to me what he was doing, why it was necessary to help make my yard except the treatment so it would be easier to grow grass and flowers.
My lawn is beautiful and no mosquitoes around our pool! We love Tru green lawn care and you have taken care of my lawn, mosquitoes, and now my shrubs for years now!!!
Unfortunately, despite 6 treatments in 3 months and several conversations with technicians and call centers regarding dissatisfaction, my lawn looked worse than it did before any treatment by True Green.
My TruGreen reps have been friendly and great about discussing issues of concern. They leave informative records when through with treatments. I look forward to my lush lawns in the summer.
We have had TruGreen to perform lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration and seeding, as well as tree and shrub fertilization and pest control. Our yard is mostly weed-free and very green except for times of drought.
The crew that came to my home did an excellent job with treating the entire lawn!
20+ year TruGreen customer. Wish you “all” could have lawnoVision so you could see my yard! Just beautiful green green healthy grass.
Donald was friendly and professional.
Yard and shrubs look great in spite of the dry spring and no additional watering.
Prices are way too high
I was out-of-town this visit however my neighbor told me that Chris did a very good job and was extremely friendly. I appreciate him doing an excellent job while I was away.
Great service grass has started looking more green than my neighbors!
Always do a good job making our lawn look the best in our neighborhood. Donald S always does a great job
Great product and service. Very knowledgeable employees dedicated to providing excellent lawn care.
I have one of the greenest lawns on our street. The others use TruGreen too so we basically match. The specialists do exceptional work & are thorough.
Have used them for years with unbelievable results.
Grass is green on both sides!
Michael performed the treatment today. Quick and efficient. Let me know what he would be adding today.
TruGreen has been one of the best decisions I’ve made over the last 2 years having them come treat my lawn. I used to buy the big bags of name brand fertilizer from the big box stores (my lawn requires 2 bags of each seasonal treatment) and I found that after fighting with my push behind fertilizer spreader, keeping…
I have received excellent service with all the people that I have talked to and my grass is great
TruGreen delivers on their word. I am a new customer and have seen a big improvement in my lawn from a year ago, much greener and getting thicker. My lawn has never been this nice. The lawn care staff are friendly, courteous and answer any questions I may have on their products being applied.
We are scheduled for service on "Fridays only". For the last 3 months I have received the automated call notifying me of an upcoming service on days other than Fridays. For the last three months I have had to call in and get the service rescheduled. Just this past week they called on Monday to notify us of a…
TruGreen keeps our lawn looking beautiful like a golf course! Very happy!
The service was completed on the day it was setup to be done. We are not seeing miraculous changes yet, but we are hopeful given what we've seen in our neighbor's yard.
The technician made us aware he was here and explained the process he was completing today. As a relatively new customer I look forward to seeing good results with this service.
Met with my lawn specialist and had a couple questions about my lawn. He is very knowledgeable and even followed me around my lawn about my concerns. He has my lawn the envy of our neighborhood. Very personable and willing to listen and explain.
The service technician done an excellent job, and took care of Grass as I would have expected
Edit...6 months in and my yard looks worse

I visited the local office to discuss a minor weed outbreak in my back yard. There was very little talk. They said someone would be there in 72 hours to take care of it and Rodney M. Showed up to take care of it. I could not ask for better service.
Did an overall good job. Thank you
Donald Smith was very professional and gave me plenty of lawn care advice.

So far, so good. Only the first weed & feed treatment of several and my lawn already is improving. Aeriation and overseeding comes later. Friendly professional service.
Micheal did a good job and this time he was more informative.
We are new customers to TruGreen Lawn Service. They are very quick but thorough with their service. And, have very nice service men working for them. 👍🏻
They do a good I'd just like to be contacted to make sure they are spraying the hill for weeds.
Mr. Blake was very nice, he was professional. We walked around the yard and he explained what he was going to do..He answered all my of my questions.
they don't do a good job.
The technician is always thorough, he always does his work thoroughly and from our Ring Doorbell cameras. We are very pleased with their work, as we can see everything.
I have no way to rate TruGreen because I can’t get them to show up! For a month I’ve been waiting on aeration services. They’ll schedule it and then not show up or the date get replaced with “not scheduled yet” in the app. I prepaid weeks ago which make this even more frustrating. If this service we widely…
Justin Haynes always explains what treatment he is applying and what I can do to make my lawn look its best.
Love
Overall very good
After speaking with a national rep who tried to pressure me into various plans, I called a local representative from Teays Valley. Rachel was helpful, friendly, and did not pressure me into any particular plan. Thank you, Rachel. Your professional skills means that I will stay with TruGreen versus moving on to another lawn care service in the area.
Last year we had the best lawn in our neighborhood but I though I would see what the professionals could do to improve on what I already had. I engaged TruGreen to fertilize and manage the weeds. Well today I have the worst lawn in the neighborhood. I have about 12 varieties of weeds and dead patches of grass all…
TruGreen does a good job for me. They have my front and side yards looking great. We are working on my backyard and will have it looking great soon.
Great worker,friendly.
Grass is still looking great. No complaints from me.
Everything! You turned my lawn from a neighborhood laughing stock to the one all my neighbors want. I took time as all things do but well worth it
