Not thrilled with today’s service. Very rushed, and usually the tech gets off and may hand fertilize certain less accessible places. Not today. Grass was wet due to rain prior evening and as a result lawn damage from machine occurred. Pic included. No slope where damage occurred, just evidence of how rushed the job was.

The technician, Dakota, was very professional and deliberate with here actions. She went to work and made sure that the entire property was treated. She even treated some hard to reach areas by hand. At the conclusion of spreading the material She cleaned the walkway and driveway with a blower.

I’m a new customer but have heard a lot of good thinks about your business, I know we will be satisfied see you in the spring.

Have had Truly Lawn for a few years now and been pleased with service. This particular visit I was home so able to speak with technician Joe who was very personable and knowledgeable. First time having an ant treatment done, so will have to wait and see if it is effective.

The team at Truly were easy to deal with and their prices were quite reasonable. The staff was personable, yet professional, taking the time to explain each application in layman’s terms. The drought was tough on my lawn but their care kept it going. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors and I’d recommend them to you, too.

Right on time for my Fall lawn treatment. Printed out a few suggestions regarding treatment of grubs, and options. We did recently notice more raccoons and skunks digging grubs, so we definitely will call for a grub treatment! Thanks so much for giving us a heads up and noticing some concerns!

This is our second year working with Truly. They are quick to respond. Last week I called to have dandilyons treated and they said they would come this week to treat it.

They came on time and the tech listened to my concerns. He assured me that he would do his best to satisfy me. I have used other services in the past and I am satisfied so far with the results. They are better than any other lawn service we have had.

More and more people on my street are using Truly each year. It’s not because we are doing it for Truly’s convenience. Which, let’s be real, we are making it very convenient for them… haha! It’s because everyone sees the results and says, “I want that grass too!”

Truly Lawn service has been such a pleasure to work with so far. After being told recently that my previous lawn service company would no longer be servicing my area, I was fortunate to get a call from Anthony who was very professional and added me as a customer. They have been very attentive thus far and my lawn is looking good this spring.

The Truly Lawn team curated a lawn program suited for my needs at a fair price. My experience so far with their sales staff and service technicians has been wonderful. They seem to care about their customers and take the time to deliver what's needed versus overselling their services.

Not a national chain, these folks are local, professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. My first year with their monthly treatments showed a marked improvement in appearance, color, and thickness of my lawn. Excited to see what year 2 brings...

Truly Lawn provided a clear estimate prior to the service. They stuck by that estimate and fulfilled the service perfectly on time and as agreed. Every visit was followed by a written explanation of everything done and the lawn looks substantially better. No fuss and quality professional service by a team of genuinely nice people. In just one season of doing the weed and lawn control I saw a huge difference in how nice and thick my grass was becoming. Chris always does a great job and is extremely thorough.
